Nadia the rep was most efficient and helpful

Fairly easy to follow no
complicated questions.
I found it straight forward to place my order and the free gidts make it more plwsant.

Awesome company and products!
I started with the base, which is amazing and I am going to try different cosmetics.
The best thing is if you are not sure there is always for you to help you with the amazing selections of cosmetics they have.
The experience as a while is amazing!!!

I had a great experience and was put at ease with everything I asked about. Lovely service all round.

First time buyer, but i will be back Thank you

It was easy to order, and they even reached out after I ordered to make sure they had the right address and asked if I had any questions. Can't wait to get the products and try them out.

I had a lovely lady txt me making sure I was ordering the correct product for me she explained about other products they sell and I may try them the next time

Placing an order through the website was very simple to do. For me, it had to be. I'm a complete computer Neanderthal!! I will have to wait for my products to arrive before judging their efficiency.

When I posted a complaint about false pricing they immediately came back with an offer of 20% discount. And followed this with some very helpful messages.

It covers well, actually feels like I’m not wearing any foundation at all!!! Love it!!!

This was my first time trying Mushi cosmetics and I’m delighted with the results. For less than my usual premium branded makeup the finish is remarkable. If you’re thinking of trying Mushi I’d suggest you give it a try

Looks smooth
I've avoided foundation for a few years and stuck to a tinted moisturiser.
I like Mushi because it suits my colouring and doesn't cake

Paid £22 , waste of money . Items that arrived look cheap and nasty . You get foundation , sponge and a free gift box - all tacky and cheap looking . Not worth the money . Asked to return , as they do a 30 day. Money back , not only do they keep not replying to me but now saying I have to pay a return cost . I won’t buy from them again also you can get foundation cheaper on line .
Very poor customer service and communication . Would not recommend
