Shocking quality and returns experience, still going on!
Two polyester shirts arrived, not the quality you see on the website. Took 3 weeks to arrive, the Melbourne store front is a complete scam. Still arguing for my 100% credit and returns label, been offered 10% and 20% refund and to keep the shirts. Just want my money back!

Do not buy; drop shipping business, low quality
Ordered two pairs of pants; model Arthur and Marco. The moment I picked up the parcel it already felt off, too small, too light. Opening the package confirmed my suspicion, quality is really poor, fit is terrible.
On their site they claim 3728 trustpilot reviews with a 4.8 score. Seems like a lie to me
Update: contacted via email requesting a refund (as er their stated policy). They initially requested photos of the items to assess the problem and review. I refused and requested a refund and return shipping label. Was then offered a 10% refund to avoid the "hassle" of returning the items.
Update 2: After many emails they finally offered 40% refund or store credit and keep the products. I opted to return the products and was given return instructions to send it to some warehouse in China, with the explicit instruction to mark the package as "gift". I returned the package with track/trace and it has been one month and package is still marked as in the hands of customs. Will force refund through PayPal

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company, it’s fraudelent. The shirt I received is nothing like the shirt I paid good money for. It’s cheap fabric and not at all what the photo on the website looks like. Delivery took 3 weeks ( from Melb to Adelaide), and the product is cheap and nasty. All attempts to contact them ( only via email available) have been fruitless. This company is a scam.
