We have rented 3 houses from Declan for…
We have rented 3 houses from Declan for work for 6 months. The houses are cosy and clean and perfect for a homely feel! As a host he is very attentive, always asking if we need anything and checking in. We have requested a few things to make the house right for us and he has been extremely accommodation. All in all 10/10 would highly recommend!

Declan is supppperrr fast to respond and extremely considerate of our needs. Very friendly and approachable! I’ve stayed in two of his houses and they’re very lovely and comfortable.

1 Magdelene St, Durham City
Our stay was at Magdelene St, which is a well situated 3 bedroom house in Gilesgate & only a 3 minute walk to Durham City Center and a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to Durham City Retail Park, so amenities are abundant, this was pointed out by our Host before we arrived who was really friendly and helpful whenever we had a query. The house was fantastic, the standard of decor, furnishings and cleanliness was really high and the location was wonderful, We will definitely book with Murphy Stays again in the future.
