Do not buy anything from this company.I ordered at beginning of May, paid and nothing received and no communication from the company whatsoever despite numerous attempts to get my purchase or my money back.

Order a mans coat size XXL , a Coat arrived wouldnt fit a dwarf. No Coat label for size confirmation or materail for machine washing guidance or dry clean , deliberate frustrations from Customer Service offering 15% discount off your own money paid in advance

Totally scam company, avoid! Items not the same as shown on website and will do everything in the power not to refund you.

The company states 30 day returns policy and will check on goods and refund if all ok.... bought 2 x fake fur coat (different sizes to see what fits better) . On trying to return...awful service. Would.not allow me to return. Would only offer exchange or refund 15% of value and allow we to keep coat! Absolutely awful service. Don't buy frkm them. Con merchants !

This is a useless scam company, my £55 shoes were not delivered after a month even though I paid for express delivery.
There was an issue with the delivery so I asked for a refund, they refused and informed me it had been turned away.
I then asked if I could have them sent to my local pick up point, they said they won't do replacements. I told them I just want the original ones when they arrived back with them. They then gave me the number for evri and told me to track them down myself.
2nd worst Company I have ever dealt with. Do not give your money to this joke of a company.

Initially bought a warm trenchcoat, when it arrived the item did not match the quality of the item image on their website. I complained and agreed to the store credit, which I used to purchase three further items. The three items arrived and again did not match the items on the website, and are cheap poor quality and wrongly sized. Would not use this company again.

Ordered a coat from Murphy mode & it eventually arrived with a hole in the pocket & the sleeves way too small for a medium fit . I emailed customer support & was offered a few options , a credit note was the only cost effective option . I reordered a different jacket & a large fit this time . Arrived & its the same again , the sleeves are to short & too tight. Not a large at all . Fits everywhere else just not sleeves . The problem has to be a lack of knowledge & lack of care for all customers who shop at murphy mode , looks like their actual sizes are medium is small , , large is medium xlarge is large & so on . Not happy & wasted money. Never again

Absolutely shocking site AVOID AT ALL COSTS .....clothing quality is absolutely awful definitely not as described....I wanted a refund on the £60 jkt I bought my son for Christmas...they offered me 15% refund!!!! Absolute joke of a company....wish I had read reviews before ordered .

I’ve never seen such false advertisement from a website.
Like most of the other reviews, the shipping time is a month, no tracking details. The quality of the items I wouldn’t even give to charity. I have been in communication with this company via email regarding the quality issues, I paid £90 for items which is costing me £50 to return them to Asia, and all they have offered is 40% refund and to keep these items that would go straight in the bin. I have never known anything like this. Please do not use this website as if I had seen these reviews I would’ve never gone near them. I ordered these items end of November and it is now 26/12 and this issue has still not been addressed or resolved, even though being in commutation with them for over a week now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Their products are cheap and nasty , and you will pay a premium for them.
I bought in haste for a Xmas gift. The item was described as "Lamb Wool" sadly it was entirely manamade.
Contact with the company appears to be via a chat bot named Sara who offered me a range of refund options, up to 40% off the price.
I was also offered a full refund but was told I would have to pay postage. This is illegal in the UK where if an item is not as described, the cost of returning items is bourne by the seller.
I will return the item for the full refund and pay the postage for a registered return. If they do not refund me I will take the matter up with my bank to pursue the money.
It is a shame that the trading standards people are so underfunded and overwhelmed with work, so companies like this can continue to take advantage and flout the law.

I haven't yet received my goods yet as the are delayed. However, when chased I was told the order had been delivered by Royal Mail when challenged they said no it will be delivered by EVRI yet their own tracker had the parcel somewhere in China....having read the reviews my expectations are very low on 1 ever receiving what I ordered and 2 if and when the arrive the quality will be shoddy at best.

PLEASE Don't Buy from Murphy Mode ..

Please refrain from adding any items to your basket, as payment was processed prior to my ability to reach out to the bank! I have subsequently filed a case of fraud against this company. I reached out to them immediately, and they informed me that the item had been processed and dispatched within minutes, denying my request to cancel the order! I have reported them to the UKICC to protect other people using this company.

All the other reviews are true and I cannot believe my eyes when I got the parcel the size of a shoe box and it fit an entire trench coat in there vaccum seeled in a bag you would get from shien never buying again Ive contacted my bank as they dont reply and Im disgraced in them. I should have done my research!!!!!

I should have made my research before ordering from this company, the coat I paid £49.99 was the cheapest rubbish ever, not even close to SHEIN crap, much much worse!!! Poor fit, terrible fabric, no tags. Looks like something made by someone who’s just started sewing school. Impossible to return and contact them. Will throw in the bin along with my £50.

I wouldn't give this company any stars. I purchased two items from this company that are supposedly based in the Netherlands. The order took two weeks to arrive and when it did it was vacuum packed to the size of a shoe box. It was a women's coat and a women's short jacket. When I unpacked them I was so shocked at the condition and poor quality I burst into tears. I tried several times to contact the company to tell them of my utter disbelief that they could out clothing of such poor quality and so creased and crumpled that they are not fit for purpose. I cannot get any response from this sham of a company so I contacted my credit card company who are helping me now. My order was over £100!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY is my advice.
