Muris Brand Arvostelua 

Schuhe fallen enorm klein aus und die Größentabellen stimmen vorn und hinten nicht. Aber am schlimmsten finde ich die Abzocke bei der Rückgabe. Das ich das Versandetikett für die Rücksendung selber tragen muss ist ja in Ordnung. Aber mir 11€ statt 6€ zu berechnen, nur weil ich zurücksende und nicht umtausche ist einfach nur bodenlos. Einmal und nie wieder hab ich dort bestellt.

Me gusta la ética de la marca pero las zapatillas son super estrechos. Para un calzado barefoot esperaba más anchura. Debería publicar las medidas del ancho no solo del largo. Devolver un artículo cuesta 7 euros.

No lo recomiendo. Pésima calidad. No transpiran nada de nada. Las zapatillas están hechas de un material que parece papel. Me resulta grimoso

Fabrican en china, y tienen a sus empleados Explotados!

Me.encantan las muris para mi y mi peque ,de todos los barefoot que tengo son las más cómodas,ligeras y además tienen un diseño precioso.por eso repito .para mí hija tb me encantan.

I received the shoes really quickly and they are very pretty so that’s positive. Unfortunately, after only wearing the shoes four times the stitches in the front of the shoe have come apart and there is a large larger part of glue on the front. I sent an email describing the issues, including photos.
After one month and an additional reminder email, I still haven’t heard back from them.
Needless to say, I’m really disappointed. When I got an email to rate them on trustpilot today, I thought what are they expecting me to say except that I am not happy!

Es mi primer calzado barefood y aun me estoy adaptando però estoy muy contenta, son muy comodas, flexibles, el pie queda muy bien sujeto. Sin duda repetiré tanto para mi Como para mi hija.
Destacar la buena atencion que me ofrecieron tanto en instagram Como por E-mail.

He comorado unas zapatillas para mi y todo muy bien. Lo único que podría mejorar es que el envío se pueda hacer a punto de recogida.

He usado para adulto y muy bien. Pero las de niño me han salido muy malas: se despegó la suela el primer día de uso.
Puse un email con fotos para que me resolvieran el problema pero nunca me han contestado.

I’ve sent the shoes that were too small back and they still didn’t return the money after 9 months.

First time buying Muris. Bought the aruba for both my kids and we're very pleased. They are soft, comfortable, the kids love them. The colours are fabulous. Very good material, good traction for the beach.
Wish I could try some myself but my feet are too wide. Hope they make wider models for adults soon 😄

Einfach Top! Die Schuhe sind soo toll, hochwertig und hübsch. Ich musste zwei Kindersandalen wegen der Grösse umtauschen, ging absolut problemlos. Muris hat mir kostenlos ein Rücksendelabel geschickt und mir die neuen Schuhe sofort zugestellt.

A minha bebê tem 19 meses e anda bastante bem com as sandálias. São super confortáveis e um design muito bonito. Também gostei imenso do processo de troca. Super rápido e atencioso da parte da equipa. Obrigada

Très bonne expérience. Envoi très rapide, chaussures de qualité. J'ai du effectuer un retour car je me suis trompée de taille et tout s'est très bien passé. Ils ont même envoyé la nouvelle paire avant que j'ai renvoyé la première

Aún habiendo medido los pies de mi hija sus bailarinas le quedaban grandes, me gasté 4€ en hacer un cambio que resultó que le quedaba pequeño y ahora me cobran 7€ para devolverlos. Una vergüenza que haya tenido que tirar 11€ a la basura. Lamentablemente no volveré a comprar, pues no merece nada la pena.

De vergüenza que cobren 7 EUROS por devolver un pedido. Las sandalias que compré a pesar de haber medido los pies de mi bebé no le quedaban bien. Escribí un email al servicio de atención al cliente para mandarlo yo por mi cuenta como ofrecen en varias marcas pero no me lo permitieron. Claramente no pienso volver a comprar en la marca.

HA SIDO MUY FACIL Y DE CALIDAD TODO TIPO DE PROCESO CON MURIS BRAND, TANTO LA ENTREGA COMO LUEGO EL CAMBIO DE TALLA
