We focus on solving overlooked problems that impact comfort, confidence, and well-being—starting with the water you use every day. Our flagship product, the Muravai Filtered Showerhead, is designed to improve both water quality and shower performance. Using a multi-stage filtration system, it reduces chlorine, heavy metals, and other impurities that can leave skin dry, hair brittle, and showers less refreshing. Combined with a high-pressure design, it offers a spa-like experience that feels as good as it is effective. We are committed to quality and constant improvement. Every product is built with both performance and durability in mind, supported by responsive customer service and a 40-day money-back guarantee. This ensures that our customers can try Muravai risk-free and experience the difference for themselves. As a small but growing business, we value transparency, feedback, and community. Customer input directly shapes how we improve our products and services. Our goal is to continue expanding operations while maintaining the personal attention and reliability our customers expect. Nice to have a filtered shower head
Nice to have a filtered shower head. The nozzles sometimes spray in weird directions. Slow delivery, from China?

Great product
Nice flow, great pressure. Came with everything need to install, even the plumbers tape. Just wish with the buy one get one deal came with 2 of everything and not just the shower head. But it is a great product and Highly recommend.

Cheap quality
Cheap quality. Mostly plastic. I thought if we paid me and went with what was advertised as the original, it would be higher quality. The ads make it look more versatile than it is. Mine only has 2 settings, both of which are not as powerful as my old showerhead. No wonder they give one free.

Better water pressure & cleaner water noticed
Have had 2 sets for just over 2 months now. The shower head and filters are amazing! They really perform as promised. The hose is not made properly or of high quality. It got tangled while water was on and water started shooting out of the hose and luckily a regular replacement on amazon worked.

DISHONEST COMPANY
I ordered a showerhead and a I noticed a subscription for replacement showerheads was added to my order when I received the order confirmation. There is no customer service phone number, so I sent an e-mail within 5 minutes of receiving the order confirmation asking Muravai to cancel my order. Muravai never responded. The next day I received a notice the item as shipped earlier that day. I e-mailed Muravai again and I heard back from them right away. Yet, they said there was nothing that could be done because the item had already been shipped. Amazing how quickly I heard back from them once they shipped the item *sarcasm*. Company is dishonest. 1) They added subscription to my order. 2) They chose not to reply to my cancellation request and only responded after the item was shipped. DISHONEST Company. Now, I have to file a credit card dispute.

NO STARS!
Purchased your shower head on October 20th. I have already had to replace the hose it came with because it busted through. So I bought an expensive new hose last weekend and the shower head itself cracked open today . This is the worst product I have ever spent money on. As it is it feels like needles hitting your body so I use the button to slow down the pressure as recommended by your team. I haven’t once had a relaxing shower. No one in my family likes it and they all agree. Feels like needles!
I’m sure you won’t give me my money back because I’m outside the 40 day money back guarantee. Clearly it’s only meant to last that long before it falls apart!

I really love the shower head. The only downfall is I’ve had to replace both of
Them within a few months as it broke. I hope this isn’t a continuous issue cuz I really do love this product. The pressure is great and its spray is very smooth and relaxing. I do recommend it since both shower heads were replaced for free.
