Love the shower head. We already had to request a new hose already. We was shipped a new one and things are fine. The only thing we s that the shower head sometimes has streams of water coming out of the shower head streaming to the left and the right. Not sure what’s that about but other than that all is good. Will buy over again without a doubt.

want to cancel all the orders and can't.It's like pulling a needle out of a haystack. Please don't send me no more product.

I used to have a very low pressure shower head, and this shower head gives me the kind of pressure that I want in a shower head. 3 settings and the necessary power I was hoping for. Awesome job Muravai!!!!

The pressure and spray are a great improvement. I definitely notice the difference in the filtered water.

Water pressure actually improved! Easy installation and easy to change the filter. Love that you could see the filter. Only issue I have is that the plastic housing where the shower head connects to replace the filter feels like it will break or leak easily

Could not be more pleased with the showerhead! You could tell the difference in your hair! My glass shower doors are even cleaner from using the water that comes from the showerhead!

If there were ever new heads with more settings, I would buy them, no questions asked!

It’s rusting from inside. No wonder I felt skin itching from time to time until I have decided to pry open to see what’s wrong

Very poor filtration system,
The shower filter lasted 1 hour before the water pressure slowed down drastically while taking a shower. Im a plumber and wouldn't recommend this product, after filtering the debris the shower head gets jammed from the filtration system and no one wants to replace a filter after every shower or clean a head before taking a shower.

Purchased 2 heads, and the level of spray is different with each one, even when we swop bathrooms

I’m giving 5 stars because I love my new shower head. In fact I ordered a couple more! The one thing I’d change is, the holder for the shower head could be a little more stable. We have terrible water pressure and your product fixed that, but the holder seems unstable when water is running through the shower head, and also especially if I’ve got it in stop mode. If others have said that I’d be interested to know. I absolutely love the filter. Our water comes from a creek so it has really helped. Thank you for a great product and thank you for asking my opinion.

I had a great experience with this company! When I noticed that one part of my order was broken, I emailed customer support and they replied within just a few hours. They immediately sent me a replacement, which arrived in only three days.

A few days later, I noticed an unexpected charge on my card. I reached out again, and support quickly explained that I had accidentally selected a refill option. They canceled it and refunded me right away—no hassle at all.

Overall, their customer service is fast, helpful, and extremely reliable. Highly recommend!

Love love this shower head. My skin is definitely improving from the filter. As I live in NY and they treat our water with harsh chemicals. Only reason i didn’t say 5 stars is. I with the shower bracket was adjustable.

The order process was easy. My did not come with the connector but I reached out to them and they mailed it to me right away. The shower head is quality. The water comes out consistently. Overall, I’m happy with purchase.

It makes such a difference when you have a showerhead that's filtered.

Gave it a try after looking at one on Amazon (apparently a knock-off of this) and ordered it to try. Overall, the pressure is nice -- not quite as strong as is suggested, but decent. The shipping was slower than expected, but the emails were not. I got offers that expired before I received the head (but they made good on that, to be fair). I also got a notice to order more filters -- each should last a month, and I have had the head for close to 2 weeks now (in other words, way too soon). Filters are a bit expensive at $10 each, so that may be a long-term deterrent for many, which is kinda sad, since the shower head is nice overall and I think people would really like it. My suggestion is to give it a try (they have good sales offers) and see for yourself. My advice to the company is that you have a great product, but you need to fix the "behind-the-scenes" operations to make more sense.

I got a buy-one-get-one offer from Muravai, and decided to give it a try since I was looking at a similar product on Amazon (which seems to be a knockoff of this). The shipping took a lot longer than I expected, and I received another incentive offer that expired before I ever received my shower head, which was a bit off putting, but to be fair, Muravai made good on the offer (to extend it) so, I am okay with that part. I finally got it and installed it (easy) and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Overall, the pressure is very nice, but not quite what they advertise in their videos, but plenty strong enough for most people. I was impressed as I did not lose any pressure with this showerhead, like I did with a much more expensive “major brand” showerhead. There are two main settings, a high mist and full power. Both are nice, and the built-in “pause” button works quite well without leaking or other issues. I also received an email to re-order more filters (they sent 3, and each lasts a month, so it was way too early for that).

If I have any complaints about this product, it is that the filters are a bit expensive, at around $10 each. Other than that, I can happily recommend the product itself.

I don’t know if Muravai actually reads these posts, but what I can say to them is that you make a great product, but you need to work on the back side of the business – fix the shipping times, and properly schedule the emails and renewal notices, etc. As I noted earlier, these can be quite off-putting for potential customers who would otherwise like and recommend your products. Also, work on lowering the cost of the filters – similar models on Amazon have 10 filters for $12 (as opposed to $10 each). A more affordable filter would definitely benefit your sales.

The shower was easy to assemble. It has helped with my water pressure. I like how you can detach the head and use it to spray out the shower. The filter has a longer life span than anticipated which is also a plus. I do with it wasn’t all plastic but I am very happy with my purchase.
