Munster Joinery Arvostelua

Teresa from Munster Joinery was an absolute Dream. Building can be super stressful and overwhelming We met her on site and she completely met us where we were at. Her ideas and advice really helped us make decisions. She has such a beautiful calm nature and gave us so much time. She went into great detail. She was so understanding and practical which I loved. I couldn’t recommend her more. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and so stress free. deffo one of my favourite parts of the build so far.

We had a fantastic experience with Munster Joinery. Kevin Jones dealt with our requests very professionally. Our fitters Sen O’Sullivan and the Murphy brothers were excellent - very tidy and fantastic finishes around the windows and the doors. The Sevice Man Gerard O’Connor called a couple of weeks after the install to ensure we were happy with everything- which we were. I would highly recommend Munster Joinery to anyone looking to install new windows and doors.

Dealing with Munster Joinery was an absolute breeze. Paul MacDonnell met me on site and advised what I needed to do to be ready for the installers. He came back when the cills were in and measured everything. I was promised delivery and installation in two and a half weeks, it was 14 working days which was excellent. Installation took one day and I am more than happy. Highly recommend

Paul was our sales rep in Laois and was very helpful in choosing styles and giving advice. The windows were delivered much quicker than we anticipated and we are happy so far!

We’ve been dealing with John for over a year now. We run a construction business and deal with him weekly ordering windows and doors for different projects. He’s always on time at sites, gets back to queries quickly and he’s lovely to deal with. We’d highly recommend him. Windows and doors are of the highest standard and John ensures the customer is always happy. Thanks John from the guys at Ballyhuskard Sunrooms & Construction

Can only say great things about Munster Joinery.
From the first enquiry and working with Robert Hanrahan on site to the orders team, delivery and installation was just perfect.

Excellent service all around. Aidan Sheridan was our rep who helped me out no end with picking the new timber sash that we needed for our old house. From Niall who measured and the guys who came out and fitted it, we had a great experience. Very quick turnaround also. 10/10.

Had windows and doors replaced. Great service. Our rep was Robert Hanrahan. He was great help. He called a few time's to go through everything with us and show us all the options. The team fitting the windows and doors were excellent. They were fitted during one of the hottest weeks in the summer when it was had to work outside. They still took their time to make sure everything was done properly. We are very happy with the outcome.

Had a wonderful experience with Niamh.

Niamh came to our house and instantly began creating a new vision for our front door. Niamh created new ideas and created a new look for our space. Niamh listened to what we wanted and our dislikes and made so many amazing suggestions. Very satisfied with her support and looking forward to moving forward with the project.

We were replacing windows on a period property and I wanted a traditional look. I did not want plastic windows and Robert Hanrahan was able to show me wooden windows that had been fitted to a similar property nearby. He was a great help and understood my requirements. The team that fitted the windows were very thorough and I was delighted with the result.

We recently used Munster Joinery to supply and fit the windows and doors for our new build, and we’ve been very happy with the whole experience.

A special mention to our sales representative, Finbarr Holmes, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand what we needed and shared his advice on the most suitable window types for each room, which was really valuable when making our decisions. Finbarr was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and made the process straightforward and stress-free.

The fitting was also carried out to a very high standard, and we’re delighted with the quality and finish of the windows and doors. We chose anthracite grey, and they look fantastic in the house.

Overall, we’re very happy with Munster Joinery and would have no hesitation in recommending them. A big thank you to Finbarr and the fitting team for their excellent work.

We recently had our windows and doors replaced by Munster Joinery. Theresa Fitzgerald, the Sales Rep we dealt with, was excellent from start to finish. Theresa gave us the time to choose the right colours for our home and guided us through the whole process. We couldn’t recommend Theresa highly enough. The windows and doors have made a significant difference to our home in terms of sound, security and heat retention to date. Any subsequent issues from the initial installation have been dealt with promptly.

Munster Joinery delivery time was two weeks from the time the deposit was
paid .The windows were fitted on the date that had been given. The quality was excellent and Conor was very easy to deal with, I would highly recommend Munster Joinery.

We had our windows and back door replaced by Munster Joinery and can confirm we had a very positive experience. Colm Daly was our rep who talked us through the details and he was always available by phone or email for any queries. The fitter was Andrew Murphy plus two others. They were a pleasure to have working in our home, did a fabulous job, great finish and cleaned the glass and any mess around. I would highly recommend Munster Joinery.

I'm really happy with Munster Joinery. From the start Theresa was professional and knowledgeable and helped me through the process of getting my new windows and doors. Every step went seamlessly and efficiently. The fitters were experienced and worked hard to finish it all in a day. I was super impressed. The finished products are high quality and the cost is very competitive. I also can check in about aftercare and maintenance anytime I want. I would recommend Munster Joinery for quality, service and price.

James Hickey from Munster Joinery was a pleasure to deal with. At the initial consultation, James gave me excellect advice on all aspects of the doors and windows we were picking. The installation was completed two weeks ago and we are delighted with the workmaship. Paul Deegan.

We bought a new house 3 years ago.
Munster Joinery supplied Penny Farthing the windows and doors.
We have had catches on windows break, mainly kitchen and bathroom that are used most for ventilation .
Our front door is a major issue. We reported this to Penny Farthing who gave us Munster Joinery contact details.
The door is cracked all over, like an egg tapped by a spoon.....This level of quality after 3 years is unacceptable. We have been advised the warranty on the door is 5 years.
We have also been advised that the issue has happened as door wasn't sealed.
However Munster Joinery wont visit and access the damage to door or contact us. No reply to emails and requests for a visit.
They advised we need to rub the front door down and paint it??? A 3 year old door and it's not wood...
We are frustrated and upset, we feel let down. How can this be normal for a front door after 3 years? The focal point of a home.
Makes us query the actually quality of the front door..
Unfortunately due to our experience, we would not recommend Munster Joinery products or service as we have had none....

We were replacing the windows in the front of the house and were dealing with Sean Barrington. Sean was very precise in his dealings, making several visits to ensure accuracy.
When the windows were being installed everything went to plan and there was no problems. I would recommend Munster joinery.
