I recently received my triple-glazed windows from Munster Joinery and I am extremely pleased with both the product quality and the overall service provided.
From the initial enquiry through to delivery, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The windows are of an excellent standard, with a high-quality finish and outstanding build quality. They have already made a noticeable difference in terms of insulation, noise reduction, and the overall appearance of the property.
I would particularly like to thank Martin Mannion, who was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. Martin was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer questions and provide updates, making the experience straightforward and stress-free.
The delivery was completed as expected, and the windows arrived in excellent condition. A special thank you for the team who delivered the windows, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Munster Joinery to anyone considering new windows and doors and would gladly use them again in the future.

Sid was our Munster Rep and he was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. I kept changing my mind and he was always willing and eager to accommodate my changes. He linked in perfectly with my builder and his attention to detail was second to none. He constantly checked in to make sure he got the order correct. There was no error in the final delivery and the doors and windows installed fit the bill perfectly. Well done.

Sid called out to my home and guided me through all of the available choices with great patience. He was incredibly helpful in choosing exactly what would suit my home, advising me clearly on both the sizing and color options.
The delivery arrived exactly on time as arranged with no delays whatsoever. The installers were absolutely great—they did a super job with the fitting, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. The new windows look brilliant, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

Had 23 new windows and 3 doors fitted in a replacement fitting job for a deep retrofit.

We dealt with John Cannon who has the patience of a saint! He was excellent in terms of guidance and talking us through different options.

The fitters were knowledgeable and completed the job over two days where old windows and doors were removed (some saved for re-use) and the new ones installed. They left the place tidy and discussed snagging.

We had 3-4 issues that needed tending to (scratches, locking mechanism issues etc) and were advised to log a call for an engineer.

Our engineer was Brendan and he arrived soon after our call and fixed the issues in less than an hour.

Would 100% recommend Munster Joinery.

I see a lot of negative reviews for Munster, but they did all my windows and door and I had zero problems with them.

I found them very easy to deal with. MJ rep Ken Tobin couldn’t have been more helpful. Fitters very efficient. Any small issues/questions or concerns I had afterwards were dealt with very swiftly. Highly recommend

While the quality of the windows is great and the work that was actually completed is lovely, the fact is they take their money before completing ALL the work (read the fine print in the contract carefully!), and then you’re stuck trying to get them to finish. We’ve been waiting since October to get 3 window sills and the entire entry way complete. We’ve rang and emailed and nothing. Disappointing. Waste of time and money.

If your unfortunate enough to have any issue and find yourself needing to follow up with aftersales/ customer service.

You wont get speaking with anyone.
Door was fitted misaligned by Munster representative, along with incorrect fitting of door handle - due to this the door struggled to open and close resulting in damaging the door frame.
As this was misfitting by the company and not caused by the customer, I have queried what next steps are they taking.

You cant speak with management, as they don't deal with the public,
Even though they brand themselves being a proud, Irish, family owned business - in fact you can't speak with ANYONE outside of a call center.
Even giving this a chance they very quickly wear you down by having to repeat yourself and explain time and time again with different people and the attitude across the board towards anything is simply - Tough.

Sent an email as advised- 6 times to give photos, timelines explanations to receive no response, next steps, suggestions and here I am new doors that are damaged being ignored.
I hope no one ever has any issues as the 10 year warranty might as well not be there and zero accountability or resolve will be taken.

Naomh Stack was the person who oversaw the installation of windows and doors at 29 hillview Carrigaline very efficient and helpful. The windows and doors were fitted within 14 days of Naomh visit to the site. The fitters were on time and did a really good job. Overall a great outcome. Murty nagle.

I recently had both my front and back doors replaced and I’m really happy with the whole experience. From start to finish the service was excellent.
I dealt with James Hickey who was very helpful when I was choosing the doors and explained everything clearly, which made the decision much easier. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail.
The price was very competitive there were no hidden costs or surprises. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had windows and doors fitted on 6th June. The Rep made an error in our order with one particular window and refused to take phone calls. I rang the company several times, only to be told: "Speak to the rep." I explained he wasn't answering, yet I was informed he was telling head office he had contacted me – absolute bullshit; he knew he had effed up and didn't want to take responsibility. I asked to speak to management, but "they don't take calls from the public", and the only way to contact them was via email, so I sent 3; no replies.
Geraldine Cummins (management?), you might want to do your job.
Today is the 19th of June; no returned calls, no resolution. I was hung up on 3 times today by Sita, Regina and Cefonia.
I hope Donald Price listens to the calls that are supposedly recorded: "You must pay for the new window, and that is that." It is shocking, to say the least.
If this were my company, I would be utterly embarrassed. I would sack management immediately.
Their saying "The professionals you can trust" is just that – a saying and false advertising.
I would NOT recommend anyone go with this company. They are quick to take your money and then quick to do a disappearing act should you need aftercare. Very unprofessional and a huge letdown.

I have delt with Paul the rep from Offaly over the years. He is very professional and easy to work with.
Very happy overall.
