Munro Method Nutrition Arvostelua

So happy with the support and advice provided by Jason and Louise. They have educated me that small simple changes can have a significant affect on health, lifestyle and my ultimate goal, weight loss. Can not recommend enough

Munro has quite literally changed my life. Weight loss aside, I have followed this group for the past 2 years and will continue to do so until I have learnt how to maintain better. I have been in and out of deficit, but overall the weight I have lost has primarily stayed off (give or take half a stone). This has nothing to do with sticking with a ‘plan’ but everything to do with what I’ve learnt about me. My attitude towards food, my attitude towards myself, my habits both good and bad. I’ve had so many people ask ‘how have you done it?’ ‘I want to look like you’ ‘you look so strong and healthy!’ I will ALWAYS say, head to Munro. You don’t need faddy diet plans and quick fixes, you need this…..education. There’s a lot initially to get you’re head around, but stick with it, see it as an investment of your time into you. It’s all you deserve.

Munro Method Nutrition has been life changing for me, no more disgusting ‘fat burner’ soups as of my old diet attempts, just a normal healthy lifestyle that fits in with my family. The fortnightly check in’s with the coaches give support and the daily posts and resources are very helpful.

Munro method is packed full of resources to help you undo years of learnt ‘knowledge’ around nutrition and support permanent weight loss. The 1-2-1 style group coaching allows for a personalised experience balanced against value for money.

The Munro method is so refreshingly honest. It’s helping me after 30 years of yo-yo dieting understand my relationship with food. It’s so much more than calorie counting it’s given me back my life 🙂

I lost 50lb with Munro Method Nutrition and have successfully maintained that loss since 2020. The expertise and knowledge available from the coaches is exceptional - they are truly worth their weight in gold..nothing like I have ever seen anywhere else before. It is worth every penny. If you are thinking of joining, stop thinking and just do it!

Jason helped and supported me through my weight loss journey in advance of my fertility treatment. I’ll be forever grateful. The membership is worth every penny and the knowledge you gain is insane.

Amazing support, guidance and knowledge from the team. They’re friendly and always honest. I highly recommend joining if you’re thinking about it, you won’t regret it.

I joined Munro nutrition as I used to go to slimming world and was in on going battle trying to loose those extra pounds 1 pound off here and there then I come across Munro nutrition and decided to join best thing I’ve done everything was explained easy and the pounds just keep coming off recommend

Absolutely fantastic! Great people working very hard to help people achieve their aims. Always on hand for advice and guidance, huge library of information and guides available. Worth every penny and highly recommend.

Excellent, gives great advice and has been a great help on my weight loss and fitness journey.

I joined Munro nutrition after being a slimming World / weight watcher member, I quickly realised it was the best decision I had made regarding not only trying to lose weight but understanding how to maintain a healthy weight for me & maintain a healthy relationship with food. Thank you for that. X

After 30+ years of yo-yo dieting I have now got a completely new perspective of how I look at the way I eat. No more depriving myself of food I love , no more ordering salads on a family night out, and definitely no more on plan of plan. Clan Munro has changed my mindset totally and can't praise Jason enough

Jason is very good at explaining about a calorie deficit, why it is the only way to loose weight and how to approach the change to food. Would highly recommend.

Very responsive and friendly approach Lovely humans

I highly recommend Munro Nutrition for anyone sick of yo yo dieting, for those who are ready to change their lifestyle once and for all and anyone who wants to improve their understanding/ relationship with food. With Munro nutrition there is no such thing as good and bad foods. I have learned so much about different food groups, how to fuel my body and find balance in my diet.

I have learned so much from joining Munro nutrition.
Having spent years yoyo dieting, I now have a great relationship with food and also exercise.
I can’t thank them enough.

I don't think words can express how much working with Jason at Munro Nutrition has changed my life. I no longer have the on/off plan mentality. I have learned so much that I can now make better choices without having to put any thought into it, all the while eating the foods I enjoy and remaining at a weight I'm happy and comfortable with.

After 27yrs of yo yo dieting with slimming clubs, I finally feel free.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
