reasonable but i think the bag better have endoskeleton, to maintain its beautiful shape. this backpack isn't that sort of backpack that is aesthetic in ruched shape.

We didn't add a frame to this model because we didn't want to make it rigidd.
That choice may have aesthetic advantages but it's not the design we had in mind and it carries a lot of disadvantages .
We hope you'll come to appreciate the flexibility that a lack of a rigid frame gives...

You have an online-shop, but it ist very difficult and expensive to send an item back.
Other Shops are much better. I never will use you and your trade mark again!

thanks for your review, though it's not a positive one. May we ask you why you are saying it was difficult to send it back?
You sent us an email asking to return the item you had purchased and we confirmed you had every right to do so. Once we got the item back we promptly refunded you, didn't you get a confirmation of that?
I must stress there was no extra cost in returning the item, so I guess you are complaining about the shipping cost you paid. (to a courier) I'm afraid we cannot provide a free international return label because it wouldn't work out for us, but we make it clear in our refund policy (https://www.mueslii.com/policies/refund-policy).

The new Studio backpack you purchased (like all our models) is equipped with YKK Japanes zips, which are amongst the best available on the market. Consider that zips on new products can be a bit hard initially, but they should become more smooth over time.

For me a perfect work-backpack. Slim, fits the essentials (notebook, iPad, charging cables, headphone, lunch etc).
Quality is also very good. Very happy, that I finally found a bag (that fits my expectations and needs) after many trial and errors!

Qualitatively satisfied with a small issue
Overall it was a good quality product, but the color choice for the inner layer of the backpack for example orange, is not shown in the pictures. Maybe the customers do not like that so that is why I cannot give it the best rating.
