I finally feel connected to my teenage son again!
As an Indian parent raising a teenager in the UK, navigating the teenage years hasn't been easy. I was struggling to connect with my son and often didn't know how to handle difficult situations without creating more distance between us.
Working with Mudita has helped me understand my teenager better, respond differently to challenging situations, and rebuild the trust we had lost.
After three months in the programme, I feel I've come such a long way. The biggest change is that my son now chooses to come to me, starts conversations, and shares things with me again.
I finally feel like I'm becoming his trusted advisor rather than someone he avoids talking to.
I'm so grateful for this journey and would highly recommend this programme to parents who want to reconnect with their teenagers.

Mudita guided us on how to motivate and support my Son after his bad experience with bullying, which affected him both mentally and physically. She helped my son in gaining back his confidence and overcoming his fears.

Excellent advice!!
Mudita is an excellent listener and advisor!! She listened to all my doubts regarding how to choose right A levels for my son and gave me very good guidance. She appraised me on different routes available and what to look in a University while selecting courses. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who has no idea how the UK education system works. Thank you very much for all your help!!
