Mudify Arvostelua

I ordered a 2”full suspension kit from Mudify. Everything shipped within a week. Very quick.
I installed the front shocks and something seemed off about it. I contacted Mudify about my concerns. They requested I send some photos, which i did. It took Mudify about 10 minutes troubleshoot the problem and get back to me with the solution! The problem was my own error and they were very professional about pointing out the problem. I can’t say enough about the expedient response to my request. Mudify has the best customer service I’ve experienced. A solid company throughout.

Both times that I ordered a lift kit from Mudify, I received knowledgeable advice regarding my build. The pricing is appropriate for what I received and I think it is a good value.

I spent a long time researching the best lift kit for my Tacoma. Out of all the online stores, Mudify had the best fully customizable options. I was able to put together a kit that did exactly what I needed. When the rear shocks provided turned out to be the wrong part (due to a recent change in manufacturing), Mudify's customer service was exceptional and they solved the problem quickly.

Got a 4Runner lift kit. Everything was shipped quickly, arrived in good shape. People have complained about poor packaging, I think Mudify listened to that, because all my stuff was packaged well. FedEx beat up the boxes as expected, but everything was still just fine, packing materials used were tough enough. The free alignment rebate was quick and easy too. Took a few days instead of 4-6 weeks like you would expect from any other rebate. Got a follow up call a week or so after the parts arrived to check on things and make sure I was satisfied with everything. Highly recommended.

I hands down had the best customer service with Mudify. Brian is a rockstar and went well above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Long story short, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong location, I filed a claim with FedEx who said they couldn’t locate it and to have Mudify file a claim with them to be reimbursed. Needless to say FedEx denied their claim with 0 explanation. Brian kicked it into overdrive and made sure that I had a good experience and ultimately sent me a replacement DESPITE FedEx denying their claim. Beyond grateful as they saved the day because I was waiting on these UCAs to finish my build.

Their customer service is above and beyond. David helped me out, even during different days. He is the BEST!!!! He changed my order like three times with such a good attitude, explained everything to me and he helped me chose the correct pieces and brands for my needs. They also have good prices and they even have discounts for healthcare workers and other fields. I am already telling everyone about them. Their delivery times are also really good. David helped me out even when I placed my order but I still had questions, definitely they help you save lots of time and you don't event feel like you are bothering. A solid 100/10 experience.

This company is great to deal with customer service is superior. I had the pleasure of working with Hector one of the leading customer service rep as my package was lost. He worked around the clock to get my missing parts replaced and to me promptly in time to finish the build. It was almost like something out of one of those car shows where everything come together in the end!!!!

This company mudify I ordered upper isolators for my rear coils. They sent no updates at all it just arrived and inside the box was just two bump drop isolators no packaging obviously used and dirty. $180 for someone else’s used shit. What a joke.

I kept getting told one order was on its way and it did not even show fulfilled yet for a few days. item took several weeks to get here when other items came quick that were ordered at same time. I ordered a suspension lift but it came with no instructions and no torque specs. zero help on how to install. customer service was nice just not much help.

When ordering a full new lift suspension kit for my 4Runner, I reached out multiple times regarding questions I had with fitment and certain details on the products I was ordering. I did not receive any responses. When I placed my order, everything was listed in stock, ready to ship. I am contacted several days later telling me that one of the items is back ordered, despite everything I ordered listed as in stock. When I reach out half a dozen times to get some sense of timing on the back order, again no responses via email or call backs. I finally get ahold of someone that says the remaining shock on my order will be back in stock at the end of the week. I reach out the following Monday to ask if in fact the part is back in stock and shipping, as I had been told, and after calling multiple times and leaving messages I finally get ahold of someone that says they actually don’t have an estimate on when the final part of my order will be in stock. I then ask to cancel the remainder of my order to seek it out elsewhere. It takes another half a dozen calls and messages throughout the week to actually have that last part cancelled from my order. Also, throughout the entire process, I never received any shipping notifications for the parts that actually did show up, which seems like every single business, besides Mudify, provides their customers. Very disappointed with the immense lack of customer service and the total disregard for paying customers. This was my first order and will definitely be my last.

Well to start they ship with FedEx so that's a red flag for your stuff not showing up and than it will take a million calls and so much frustration to try and find or receive the package it was the worst experience of my adult online ordering and I'm damn near 40 then trying to get refunds takes for ever as well and then they don't even return the invoiced amount making you call one million and one times I will never by parts from here again and word of advice source them from somewhere in town I could have had my suspension kit in a few days instead of a drawn out 2 month process with lost packages refunds and phone calls everywhere NEVER AGAIN
