Charm Bracelet
I purchased a charm bracelet from Muchv as a Christmas present for my girlfriend after seeing them on TikTok. She absolutely loves it and I’m looking forward to buying more charms for her birthday! Definitely recommend!

Awful company
Awful company, placed a couple orders which both took weeks to arrive. Sizes were wrong so I returned. Thought I would give the company the benefit of the doubt and return for store credit over a refund however the company now claims they have not received the return despite tracking showing as delivered with a clear photo of the parcel being delivered. Avoid company at all costs!

Unfortunately, we have not received your return. As it hasn’t reached us yet, we are unable to process a refund or store credit at this time.
Regarding your comment about the shipping time, the delivery method you selected at checkout was our standard shipping option, which is slightly slower than our expedited methods. We always aim to provide clear delivery timeframes during checkout so customers can choose the option that best suits their needs.
Lastly, we were only made aware of your concerns when you opened a chargeback with your bank. Had you contacted us directly, we would have been happy to assist you further and explore whether we could help facilitate the parcel’s delivery to us.
We truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we’ve done everything we could on our part. We will keep an eye out for your package, and if it does arrive, we will promptly process your refund. In the meantime, we recommend reaching out to the shipping company used and opening a claim with them, as they may be able to provide compensation if the package has been lost or delivered to an incorrect address.

Pretty and affordable
Love this brand. I purchased three charm necklaces from them over the summer and been wearing them non-stop ever since. I’ve just placed another order for a bracelet and a ring. Highly recommend.

MUCHV- Perfect treat!
MUCHV sent a voucher in the post for Christmas time; after I ordered in the summer, it was a lovely surprise! Their jewellery is absolutely perfect, super quality and so pretty. The price is really fair and delivery was speedy!

A mixed bag
Brought a necklace that I absolutely loveeee, so thought I'd purchase a bracelet with charms. Charms feel like plastic. The charms fall off the bracelet as they're not 'stuck' on and took over a week & a half to come. Won't be buying another bracelet, but maybe purchase another necklace in the future.

No customer service to speak of.
Honestly I think it's a bit cheeky to send me an email requesting a review when my emails to the company I've sent for weeks have been unanswered.
I received a ring I purchased for £30 in the incorrect size. I processed the return as your website directed me to and have sent the item back, agreeing to take store credit to purchase another and hope the right size arrives. I did this in good faith that your company would rectify your mistake.
Since then I have received no store credit, no voucher or coupon for the amount spent on an item that was sent via tracked delivery and is now in your possession, and no refund.
I shouldn't have had to send emails to chase up this matter, but I have. 5 exactly. I have also chatted with the customer service rep you have on your website, that left me on read.
If you'd like to rectify this issue I hope to see one of my many emails answered. In the meantime, I will be escalating this issue with the fraud department of my bank.
