Muazoe Arvostelua

My experience with Muazoe has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased a T-shirt for €27.95, and after just one wash, following the care instructions, the print started cracking and peeling. This is unacceptable for a new T-shirt.

I contacted customer service and provided photos as evidence. They acknowledged the quality issue but offered only a 20% refund, later increasing it to 30%. I declined because I simply wanted a replacement T-shirt.

I sent multiple emails, explained my concerns, and gave them several opportunities to resolve the issue fairly. They eventually stopped responding altogether.

It has now been months, and I have still received no further response, no replacement T-shirt, and no compensation. They have completely ignored my attempts to resolve this matter.

A company should take responsibility for defective products and treat its customers with respect. The poor quality was disappointing enough, but being ignored for months when trying to resolve the issue is even worse.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Muazoe. I would strongly advise other customers to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

The sizing is completely wrong. They then offer for you to return it at your own cost (which is quite a bit, from other countries) or only 20% of the refund. The service is horrible, the shirt images don't look as good as they do in the picture.

Would NOT recommend buying from them. Will be spending the extra $10-$20 and buying from approved sites only. The $40 for t-shirts on this site are not worth the hassle.
