Simply the best, better than all the rest.
MTF has always been an excellent company to deal with. John Davidson is very helpful, always looking for the best option that suits our financial situation. Even during COVID-19, They helped us out through the lockdown. I recommend MTF to anyone who needs a lone.

Your company got my finance 100% spot up until the payment didn't come out on time then I got email to say they Taking money out on a Tues which was not what I requested it was quickly sorted and i very thankful how quick and easy it was to get my finance approved and paid to dealer a big thumbs up to mtf New Lynn

Not helpful
The first time I applied I was asked what my fines were for??? And she asked about a loan that was more than 10 years ago and this is paid off, after she advised my loan application was declined due to affordability. I asked for verification to be emailed and she had not done this.
Second time I applied the application had stopped part way due to a Fine??? that was not paid or not under arrangement. I found them not to be helpful at all, the process is ridiculous, in my dealings with finance I have never come across this.

Thanks for your feedback. In the last couple of years there have been new government rules around the affordability and suitability checks all lenders must perform. Unfortunately this means that lenders need to ask for more information and are more limited in their ability to find solutions. In addition to this, most if not all reputable lenders will check for outstanding fines and require that they be cleared before moving forward with any loan. If you'd like to discuss this further, please contact our friendly Customer Support team on 03 477 0530.
