Mtf are amazing!

Mtf is amazing anytime i have gone to them ive had the best experiance they are very polite and very helpful when getting a new loan and going thru the process they are also very understanding and kind if a payment has been missed they car about there customers and making sure they get paid up so they will not have any problems just all round a great team to be working at mtf and helping people in there lives

I would 100% recommend this company to…

I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family, they went above and beyond to help me get my family a new car! Was 2 days from start of application and driving my new car off the lot. Fast easy helpful and super friendly. Even recommend a different insurance company that was cheaper than my current one.

complaint

I owe MTF some arrears. and I am suffering from major sickness , left me in debt. MTF did not re-consider my 2nd appeal neither reduce the interest rate.
They contacted the re-possion person Steve Robinson in Nelson and Steve Robinson violently attempted to re-posses my vehicle illegally. MTF has contacted someone who is violent to come and re-posses the vehicle, pushed my husband and myself away, forcefully. Thankfully, I got the police, however I am very shaken. This is to Jamie Duncan MTF
