Had some minor technical issues with my routers firewall trying to install the software. One email to MS Software and they solved the issue straight away. Great customer service.

The response from MSSoftware was surprisingly quick. I received a reply at 23:58 on a Sunday, shortly after emailing my query.
The problem I was experiencing was thought to be a security issue, which it turned out to be. The software has now been installed and activated.

I purchased14 July 2025 but had to purchase new laptop. I know that the software was one time only but after only 4 months I find it ridiculous. Stay away from them unless you want to constantly pay

My additional product worked well but after a few weeks I discovered it would not open up. I contacted the company who immediately recommended ways to correct this and with their help my problem was solved.

A good price for MS Office Pro Plus and extremely helpful when I had and an installation issue.

I made little progress initially because it was difficult to express my problem clearly enough via the chat function. I was diverted to that function because when I tried phoning for advice I never got to speak to anyone - just pressed to use the Chat box. Only when I emailed and I got help from Steve was I able to explain fully. He was very patient and understanding.

Prompt responses when needed for someone who did not even know how to find the Windows search box (though the wrong installation instructions were sent at first - easily done).

A great help as always. A few problems installing this on my computer were resolved.

Fixed my installation problem quickly and effectively

Purchased Office 2021 Professional Plus, as I wanted the licence and app versions including Publisher. Hassle free download and installation with MSsoftware's instructions. Working immediately and seamlessly. I would thoroughly recommend.

Purchased a 2-user version of MS Office Professional Plus 2024 as my wife’s Office 2019 no longer supported. Download instructions and key arrived within 10 minutes, with warning to fully activate within 7 days. After removing old Office programmes the clear instructions made downloading, installing, and activating very simple. I don’t know how MS Software can provide products like this at the price they do (£38 compared to £140 single licence elsewhere) but glad they do and that I found them. Would use them again and recommend to other users

The download links provided initially didn't work, but I received an email from Steve with different links (which still gave me a problem). After an exchange of messages, Steve sorted the problem out for me and the software is now working fine. The whole process took about 1.5 hours (but part of that was having to uninstall previous versions of the software).

I bought Office for Mac from MSSoftware a few months ago and have just run into a problem which required me to reinstall the software. My first question to MSSoftware about doing this was sent around 8pm on Saturday evening and answered 6 minutes later! A follow up question later that night was answered on Sunday morning. Really terrific customer service!

I had issues installing the product on my laptop using the key code and emailed support for assistance. Straight away they sent an easy to follow guidance sheet over but I am not very good on computers and for some reason I kept having error codes. Steve from MSSoftware 'remotely' helped me today and I am very grateful. I am now up and running. I cannot recommend MSSoftware highly enough; especially 'aftercare' assistance.

I initially found it difficult to interpret the instructions to download the software but when it was explained to me I managed to do it.
