I was contacted within 15 minutes by email.
Thereafter we had an exchange of 5 or 6 emails and the activation problem was solved. That took place between 5.30 and 7.00pm, so I think that was a good level of service continuity.

James was absolutely brilliant remotely sorting out the download for me.

The purchasing and installation processes and customer service were very clear, focused and quick!

Problems installing MS Project 19. After 30+ min wait on chat line (bit long) first time and immediate pick up second time, service staff logged onto my computer and solved the issue immediately.

The help I had from James over the last two days has been exceptional he was so helpful and it was a relief to finally have word installed on this lap top

Had a problem with loss of Outlook after singing in to work 365. Had great support from Karl and we worked through the issue.

Had some problems installing the software. James from product support was superfast at getting back to me - literally by return email. He then installed the software for me without a hitch. Excellent support service.

Paid £35. for visio and Project. Got no link. Chased it and links sent that did not work. No response since. More reliable companies than this.
