Moscow hair is the best hair out there. Their hair is full and true to length. On top of that, their delivery service is very fast and quick. I have ordered four different types of hair from this company, and I love each one of them.

My experience with this hair company was great because of the quality of hair and the fast delivery. My unit is the Balayage beautiful curls and soft. This unit compliments my skin it’s plucked, bleached, and precut. I am in love with everything about this unit and I definitely will be buying another unit soon.

I got my wig from Mscoco to go to Puerto Rico with my fiancé and that Hair was gorgeous. Everybody was complimenting me. The wig does not shed. It feels so soft to touch. The company shipped my hair out really fast, same day if I remember correctly. The hair is really really soft, no smell out of the packaging and my stylist complimented the lace of my wig.

I ordered 3 double drawn bundles which was supposed be their best hair on august 8, and I received my order on august 10 which was very fast I like that part. Customer care are good it easy to contact them but the hair is terrible as soon i started wearing it, it gets so nappy! You have to keep brushing it or it will start looking like a bird nest! The beauty supply store hair is better than this . I’m so mad I wasted my money on this hair.

This company is a fraud 😒 I ordered an peruvian 22 inch transparent lace that could be parted anywhere density 250. They sent me an brizzillian 18 inch 180 density transparent lace that cannot be parted anywhere. I paid with afterpay so I have 2 more payments. I'm so disappointed I have not even attempted to put it on. I will file a complaint with afterpay to no longer Sponcer a company who will take your money and send whatever they feel. Oh also its been sitting on the wig head for 4 days now UNTOUCHED and lost its curls wth smh

The price was beyond the prices you’d pay, and my favorite was the massive discount on top of the already reasonable price. I tried wigs for the 1st time on my 43rd birthday. Boy was I lucky to have chosen this company. I'm now on my 3rd wig. Hair is so soft & easy to curl or straighten. Shipping was fast as well. I will continue to purchase from this company

do not order from this company I had a wig less than four months and the lace separated from the wig and became a frontal and a half weird they told me it was my fault. I did not know how to take care of a wig. This was not my first lace front wig but it was my first from this company and will be my last. They are not trying to resolve. The problem only told me they will give me $10.

DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A WIG IN JANUARY 13TH 2023. I NEVER RECEIVED THE WIG. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY A WEEK LATER THEY TELL ME THEY WERE ON A CHINESE NEW YEAR AND WOULD RESPOND UPON RETURN. UPS LOST THE WIG AND THE COMPANY FILED A CLAIM AND IT WAS PAID BY UPS FOR THE LOST PACKAGE. I GOT THIS INFORMATION FROM UPS PERSONALLY. I MADE THE COMPANY AWARE THAT I KNEW THAT INFO AND THEY ASKED TO SEND A NEW WIG. I TOLD THEM NO BECAUSE AT THIS POINT ITS THE MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY. I NEEDED THE WIG FOR AN EVENT ON FEBRUARY 5TH. SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IT IS NOW 3/22/23 AND THEY STATED THE WOULD REFUND ME WEEKS AGO AND EVEN SENT ME SCREENSHOTS OF THE REFUND. THAT WAS FALSE. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK AND THEY WONT REPLY. DO NOT ORDER THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I could leave zero Stars. I ordered a real HD wig and got a transparent lace in light brown which is too dark for my skin also the hair was not a natural black but reddish brown. And since the quality was not as promised I asked for a return parcel but they just dont want to keep their promise and refuse to give me one. Honestly wouldn't order from them ever again. The quality is not like advertised and the costumer Service is so so bad. It's a scam, so if the Product ain't good you have to pay the shippment for china by yourself even tho they promise the cost due to quality issues.

Basically scammers and liars.

Horrible haven’t had hair a full month closure thinning and hair sheds ridiculously. On top of the shedding it doesn’t not hold curls. I literally have to curl it everyday and put lots of product on it for it to last throughout the day. By mid day the ends are all straight from me curling it.

Just a waste of money. Definitely will not last more than a months if that.
