The tracking is days behind. When ordering from a company over seas for the first time. You have no idea if you got scammed or if customs will even allow it through. Little reassurance or info from company on those matters makes for a low review. Even though this is like really weirdly, the only online place for tobacco or snuff.

Easy and Awesome ordering
The new layout and functions that were added to the website make looking and ordering so much easier. I especially like the restock notifications that were added, and when you do make an order it's in the hands of the shippers quickly.
