I ordered a gift for my father-in-law, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Jo was absolutely amazing—super helpful and responsive. The quality of the gift exceeded all expectations. I had sent in a picture of my kids with their grandfather, and the final result was perfect—beautifully done and so meaningful.

What truly impressed me was the care they took to ensure the order arrived on time at my hotel in London. That kind of attention to detail and customer service is rare these days. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you for helping create such a special memory for our family!

Really lovely - well made and exactly what I was expecting. Came in a little gift bag which was a really nice addition too.

Really quick service. Amazing quality.

Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer

Great to work with. Very responsive. The product looks amazing and my family LOVES it!

They used authentic Lego pieces and the frame it came with was good quality. The communication between me at the seller was excellent. They made sure everything was to my liking before they began the process. The shipping was super fast. I definitely recommend this to gift anyone special in your life who loves Lego’s.

Excellent service, liked that I could check the design first & there was no problem with changing the design. Really pleased with the finished product. Quick & efficient ordering & delivery.

Great product, came promptly. Amazing customer service Jo was brilliant (and quick) at communicating with proof photos and ensuring what I got was what I wanted (even when I got the colour of the grooms suit wrong!) . Bought for my sister in laws wedding, her and hubby to be are lego mad, can not wait for them to receive it. Highly recommend, keep up the good work 😊

Bought a lego gift for mothers day and it arrived today and is great, the kids love it too. Jo gave great customer service and i would thoroughly recommend

Great Item + Amazing Service!
I love the piece, it looks fantastic and I'm sure my wife is going to be delighted with it for Mother's Day.
I contacted the team before I placed the order to check they could have it ready in time and they were superb - very friendly and helpful, both in the attention to detail to get it right (I asked for help and a couple of changes, all of which was accommodated straight away) and the speed of fulfilment; I had the finished item within a couple of days and I couldn't be happier with it. Strongest of recommendations from me!

If youre in the UK it'll come in a good timely fashion and they make the character the exact way you ask
