Fantastic item. Prompt delivery and well packaged.

very lovely gift idea, wish however the skin of lego could have more variety than just yellow, still a lovely gift and well made

I would 100% recommend , customer service was amazing , was sent a picture of what my product would look like which was appreciated and helpful , arrived super fast and I would definitely purchase another product from this business again

Amazing company, website easy to direct, was wats app'd my figures before assembling the frame to ensure I was happy, speedy delivery and item is amazing, really happy and will definitely be purchasing other items in the future 😀

Excellent, fast service. Great communication and great product!

This is my second purchase from Mrscrazycreations. Both times, they were completed very quickly and very accurately. My advise would be to take time when creating your characters. Once each character has been completed a photo is sent to you for approval. (First time I had to correct a mistake which was my doing and it was amended quickly). Once your approval is received, the order is completed and dispatched very quickly. I received this, most recent order, well packaged within 3 days of them receiving my approval. I had the facility to track it but I didn’t need to.

It was very easy to place an order and I was particularly impressed when a photo of the proposed finished order was sent to me for approval. My order then arrived promptly after that and I am delighted with it.

Thank you so much for my lego man , you made sure everything was perfect by sending me a photo and that is a lovely personal service, my son will love it on Christmas day

Eure Lieferung war suoer schnell und das Produkt ist wunderschön Mfg. Birgit Bayer

Kirsty and Jo did a fabulous job putting together our family portrait in Lego minifigs. They sent me a photo in advance of framing so I could approve or make any last minute changes. The frame was really well wrapped and was delivered very quickly. I can't wait to give this gift. I would highly recommend them

Great communication throughout and my husband loved the gift! Highly recommended!

Items arrived so quickly, they quickly answered my query by email. Loved the fact you got a photo of the item before it moved on to the next stage so you could change anything you weren’t happy with. So happy with the final product and would definitely order from you again, thank you :)

They checked in before finalising to make sure I was happy with my order, which I really appreciated, as I had made a mistake in my excitement to order.
Was packed well and came in beautiful condition for such a long distance and quick! Thank you

Please use this excellent company! The products received are of very good quality and worth the money. The customer service is a welcome surprise - understanding, fair and prompt.

Perfect keyrings, thank you so much! Shipping was very fast too❤️

Great and fast customer service and the item was great - very original and the recipient was delighted! Very happy to recommend the products and this company.

Very poor quality product. There was excess glue stuck on the clear plastic front and a human hair trapped in the frame. An incredibly poor response when I notified them of this (with photos) - the only offer was to return the item (at my cost I presume as no offer was made to pay for postage) for a refund. No offer to replace was made. It was a birthday present for my grandson and I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the product provided and even more disappointed at the response I received.

Delivery was prompt.
The items were well packaged.

Thank you.i can highly recommend this company and service. They did it brilliantly. Quick, professional and kind service. I am happy.
