Got order confirmation but no tracking or email of shipment or any way to track status of order or shipment. No easy way to go into order to cancel as well. I feel like I e gotten scammed.

I ordered this on 12/15/25, and after making several complaints about not receiving my order. I received an email with an apology and assurance that there would be a follow-up, but that never happened. This '"BUSINESS" appears to be a scam operation.

SCAM

Got an email asking asking how I liked the underwear. I DIDN'T GET THEM.

No response to emails. No other way to contact then.

I GOT SCREWED.

Products are great, order a size or two up and you’ll be fine. Shipping is slow, however.

Don't bother attempting to return an item. Instructions are impossible. I'll eat the $31 cost and never purchase from this vendor again.

The long johns don't seem to be as sheer in the site, they are like womens nylons. When I tried to return all i got was them trying to give me credits and all i wanted was to return. Do not order

Discreet, fast shipping, true to size.

The product is overall a good product. The only issue is the shipping and how long it takes to get the item ordered.
There was an issue with my order and the item fixed but the team at Mr.Saker did all they could to make it right. I would order again but keep the shipping time in mind to make sure I get the item when needed.

I’m updating this review after seeing all the other reviews here on Trustpilot. WOW! It seems like we’re ordering from two different places. The issues seems to be about shipping time, size, and customer service. I already talked about each of those below, but I just wanted to address the idea that this company is a scam. It isn’t. I’ve received all my orders, the quality and size of the products are great, and customer service has always helped with issues in a timely manner. I don’t dispute the other people’s experiences, but don’t be scared off thinking that it’s a scam. Read the review I wrote below and make your own decision:

I’ve ordered from Mr. Saker 6 times over the last year including another one today. The first thing you have to know is that the orders take about a month to arrive. (I live in the USA) My suggestion is to just mark your calendar a month out, and don’t get worried until after that. It kinda freaked me out the first time, but all 6 of my orders have arrived in that month timeline.
I have been very satisfied with the quality of the products. I probably have 50 or more underwear from them now, and they are all well made and close to what I expected from seeing them on their website. All are recommended to be hand-washed or at least delicate cycle, with air-dry. I use the delicate cycle and the low temp on my dryer and it seems to work okay. I’ve noticed a few of mine have stretched a little bit over the last year, but nothing terrible, and air-drying is a pain, so it works for me.
I have had 3 issues that I had to contact customer service. They are responsive and have solved my problem equitably each time. I have never had to ask for a refund, so I can’t speak to that, but they have replaced items that were the wrong color or once when something was missing.
I’m 6’ 0” tall, weigh about 175lbs, wear a size 34 pants, and I order the medium size in just about everything. They always fit just fine.
Overall, I’m very happy with this company. It takes a month to get your order, so just be patient. They aren’t a scam, they are just located in China and ship directly from there. With Trump’s obsession with trying to pick a fight with China, it messes up shipping sometimes, but they always arrive. The underwear is sexy looking for both straight and gay men alike, and I can honestly say that it’s improved my sex life. My wife likes the look and the effort to be more sexy for her.

I ordered from them once in the beginning of the year, and bought some clothes size 2xl, what arrived couldn't fit a small child, and as one revue already said, I was offered three bucks.
Ok,tried again in December and basically got nothing, but this time I called my credit card and told them I didn't get anything, and they didn't get my money. My best advice is Don't buy anything from China. Nothing, nada,zip. If what there offering sounds good, find an American company that has their own version. It might cost a little more, but you'll get what you ordered. Avoid like the plague.

Sizes not suitable for the Western Market. They are based on Asian men.
They will not refund or exchange UNLESS you pay return postage to China.
This company are selling via Facebook. Do not buy anything from them.
Their customer service is terrible.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. Dreadful company, dreadful customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Sizes are not correct. They won’t refund, they expect you to pay postage for replacements.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I originally purchased a small order, and the order took quite a while to arrive. I had not realized that the goods were being shipped from China until after I placed my order. They don't tell you that on their website or the Facebook ads unless you dig a little. Lesson learned to always check out the seller first!

My first order was intact, but the sizes listed on the site are definitely not correct. In most cases I would say the clothing is at least two sizes smaller than labeled. Lucky for me they fit my spouse. I ended up placing a second order with larger sizes in mind after I got a special email offer from them. I even paid extra for expedited shipping and they still have yet to submit the order to their 'logistics partner'. That was on November 4, and the good still have not arrived.

After several back and forth emails with them I asked for a refund; the offered me a whopping $3 back on an order that was significantly larger than that.

Awful customer service, the goods are cheaply made at best, and the size information is way off. This vendor should be avoided!

Ordered from Mr Saker previously, and the product was great. Shipping was slow but that was expected. So I placed a larger order, the tracker didn't update for a long time, then eventually showed the item as delivered when it was not. Logistics happen, I completely understand.

My issue is after multiple emails clarifying where it was at, as soon as it was clear that the package wasn't coming, they went completely silent. No responses to emails since November 20 (with the order being placed October 17), and all emails prior were very dismissive.
