Vastaus yritykseltä Mr Memorabilia Ltd.
Hi Fraser,
We are very sorry for the delay experienced with your order and that you felt there was no support.
We frame each item to order and unfortunately had a stock issue with an item required for your order. I can see that we did miss an email from you asking for an update before your item was dispatched a couple of days later, sorry again for this.
We do however hope that you are pleased with the item! I will also issue a partial refund due to the inconvenience caused by the slight delay on dispatched with your item.
Thanks,
