MRD Design Floors  Arvostelua

First class service from the start to the finish, we are absolutely delighted with our new Kardean LVT Flooring, it looks awesome. We got a large area of our home done and it makes it look so much bigger, the craftmanship is A1, everything was done, furniture moved, old carpets removed etc, just great work. We are so chuffed we're getting another part of our home done, should of done it when the guys where here but it's getting done now.

Absolutely delighted with my new lounge flooring. It looks so good. The guys who layed it did a fantastic job. Stuart and Mike from the shop were so friendly and helpful too. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and won't be going anywhere else for flooring in the future.

Fantastic work by the guys laying the floor. They were meticulous in completing the job and tidied up after themselves. I would happily recommend them.

Lovely carpet, nicely fitted. Thank you. The whole experience of dealing with MRD Design Floors was smooth and straightforward. Much appreciated.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Design Floors more highly. I’ve been doing up my house solo and finally got around to replacing the flooring. I had initially seen the Facebook adverts and was impressed enough to go the showroom. So glad that I did! From the beginning Mike and Stuart gave me honest and practical advice. Their evident knowledge and professionalism helped me to choose a product far more suitable to my needs than my late night ‘Pinterest Excursions’ had suggested. I was given the chance to take the substantial example boards home and being able to see the different choices in situ and at different times of day was invaluable. I chose English Oak Luxury Vinyl Tile. From that point on, through the booking in to the installation, the process was faultless. I even ended up with an earlier date at my convenience.
The installation team were just brilliant. An absolute pleasure to have in the house. I felt I was in completely safe and entirely competent hands. The pride they took in their workmanship was very obvious and because of them, I decided to book in a further job and have the same flooring laid throughout the house. They had taken the time to listen to my various ideas and gave solid impartial advice. Massive thank you to David, Allan, and Mike.
You won’t regret deciding to use Design Floors. If I had another house, I would be straight back to them. As an added bonus, the English Oak Luxury Vinyl Tile is such good quality, and having been laid with a skilled aesthetic eye, visitors think I have real wood flooring. My house has been completely transformed.

From initial enquiry to completion of work every aspect was handred professionaly with honest advice and expert workmanship to my complete satisfaction. Thank you.

From beginning to end, the experience was superb! Thrilled with the transformation the flooring has brought to the rooms! The team maintained cleanliness throughout, delivering impeccable work. Truly flawless!

My mum recently had a new carpet fitted at her new flat. The service from Sue in the shop was second to none, gave great advice of the type of carpet to suit her walking aids, advice was just great. Speed of quotation, booking and general customer service was exceptional.

So pleased with the end result!
Would absolutely recommend

Mike, Sue and the 3 excellent fitters that spent 2 full days with us were exceptional. Price was really good and they came up with solutions with different rooms and price points and helped narrow down options with colour due to age and style of house. The rooms are great and were fitted to a great standard. Transformed the house and will absolutely be using them again. Thanks once again.
