Great service. My order arrived in a very timely manner and when I had a minor query they responded very quickly to my email. Very efficient service. Oh and the slushie flavours are great.

Excellent buying experience

Excellent buying experience, ordered on the 7th Dec delivered on the 10th Dec! Unfortunately one of our flavours were incorrect but my husband had already opened the container before realising. Not holding much hope I emailed the company to see if anything could be done to exchange the product. A lovely lady named Annette replied straight back apologising for tge mix up requested a photo of the incorrect product and instantly offered to send out the correct product free of charge and asked us to keep the incorrect flavour with their compliments! The next morning the new flavour was ordered and was on its way to us! Obviously can not fault them and will definitely be ordering from them again!!!
Giving my up most thanks!!!!

First Class Service Everytime

Tom was brilliant fulfilling my order as an existing customer by offering me the same 5% discount with an bespoke order for a large quantity of syrup. In fact all the team are excellent offering a first class service.

Very well handled by one of the staff member. I’m more than happy with the way entire matter was handled after I mentioned my concern and it was rectified over the phone. Excellent customer care and after care.

Got there in the end but the 25% restocking fee is very steep. Be careful what you order.

Good morning, I'm glad we managed to help you gain a resolution to the issue with your order, but equally disappointed that you are unhappy about the restocking fee. I'd like to take the opportunity to explain this charge.

Firstly, I've checked with my colleague who supported you, and the restocking fee was correctly implemented, because you unfortunately ordered incorrect parts for your machine.

Once we have established that an incorrect part has been ordered, we charge this fee to cover the additional costs associated with manually processing the return of the items into stock.

The restocking fee is clearly explained in our terms and conditions and also on the returns form, which was sent to you to accompany your return.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your custom and hope the above clarifies our actions. Thank you.
