Fantastic Experience

First application
This was the first application I had submitted to MPowered, it was dealt with very quickly with minimum of fuss. The offer had to be revised and this was done within 24 hours. My BDM contact was great and dealt with a couple of queries for me in an efficient manner

Application process was easy, and to my surprise had an offer around half an hour later. Documents took a while to upload and gave some slightly confusing messages but other than that, brilliant.

I would give 5 but the IT side still…
I would give 5 but the IT side still needs a little work. System scanning of documents take far too long and is a gimmick - let us choose what the documents are instead. Also, no emails were generated letting me know of document requests so I had to manually login and check. So nice to have an underwriter who picks up the phone!
