I bought a bra and did not fit so wanted to return
I emailed customer service a lot of times before I got a reply.
What a waste of time that was
They still did not let me know how to return the item
This company should not be allowed to advertise on any social media sites as it is a scam

this company is just about as dishonest as they come,they will take your money and send you a defective item after waiting about a month for it to arrive,they tell you you can be refunded within 14 days which is a lie,as when you email them for a “return code” all you get is an automated response reply,i have emailed them over 7 days for return instructions which they tell you to do on the website,only to be completely ignored as they have no customer service whatsoever,they WILL take your money though,AVOID at all costs,total DISHONEST SCAM

I gave them an order several weeks ago goods have still not arrived you car,nt send an email just a load of bandits .Please don’t use this company there a load of scammers .x

The company is not honest and their customer service is useless. They sent my item to the wrong address and although I provided proof of this they are ignoring the proof (Evri's confirmation of delievery) and insist that they have delivered to the correct address.
They are not willing to give me a refund or re-send the item. The value was not great so it is not about the money, it is the principle ... I should have checked their reviews before purchasing form them ... the score is very low and I now know why :(

Do not purchase anything from them
You get no email confirmation of your order
Nothing arrives
And you get no response when trying to get in touch for a refund or chase up the issue you have.
Luckily used Klarna! So a dispute has gone in and won’t have to pay anything

Horrible customer service. Worst experience of my life. Fisrt of all they charged me without even having the item I wanted in stock. Then, it arrived a month after it was expected. The item they sent was not at all as described and not even the same colour! They refused to give me a refund. So I had to escalate a case via PayPal and now they refuse to pay for the post to return the item, to China! Really unbelievable. Scam!!! Don't use them!! They will make you go through hell and they have the rudest customer service I've ever encountered.

Total scam. I bought two products through their ad on Facebook. Junk customer service email with tracking info that did not load. Requested a refund and have received no further contact from them. Avoid this site at all cost unless you want to give money away.

Absolutely awful. I am gutted I got sucked into this scam. The overalls looks lush on other people on the advert but they don’t fit and so horrible! Gutted!

DO NOT USE. No items received. Communication is so poor and being asked to pay again for items I’ve not received. Refusal to cancel the order and then they did agree a refund but I had to still pay for postage of an item that I didn’t get. I don’t think so!!!
Now they are not replying to emails. I used Clearpay to pay so have had to start a dispute with them. I don’t know what they will be able to do or what else I can do. The order was for £21 but will not allow these people to get away with it.

The overalls took weeks to arrive with little to no communication with regards to dispatch or delivery date. Once they arrived however I only wore them once, washed in cold water and now they have shrunk and I can’t wear them! The washing instructions says wash with similar and dry laundry advised - which is stupid for everyday clothes!

Ordered some overalls that are advertised on Facebook. They arrived promptly. However, they were 4 sizes smaller than I’d ordered. I’ve been trying since they arrived to get this infuriating business to take them back and give me a refund for their mistake. Their responses have been absolutely ridiculous.
My first complaint about the item not fitting was responded to with tracking information.
My second was responded to with an offer of half my money back.
The third, giving me the return address telling me I will return the item at my own expense but be aware it’s expensive - absolutely not. The website states if they are in the wrong, returns are free. I mention this. Their most recent response is the most infuriating: they will refund be, but deduct shipping… because it’s expensive.
If it was a case of me not liking the item and wanting to return then this would be fair enough but no. They sent an item 4 SIZES TOO SMALL !
I have absolutely no need or use for it. I don’t see why I should be out of pocket got their mistake.
I’ve now opened a dispute with PayPal because Moymoon are messing about. If shipping is expensive and returns crippling - don’t ship internationally and expect the customer to pay for mistakes

Product quality isn’t great, and shipping time was horrendous. It took a month for my items to arrive. With various emails in between saying products were out of stock. In one response to a query I was told to ‘wait another 2 weeks’. I have been offered a £20 refund, which I suppose is better than nothing and returning the items would cost me more than I actually paid. Terrible customer service.

Don’t waste your time/money.

Absolutely awful! Saw an Instagram advert, ordered the strapless bra, took over 1 month to get here and only arrived when I said I’d request a refund and the quality is shocking. Not what I ordered and would NOT recommend to anyone! Awful customer service too.
