A very nice shop where you can find many special teas from China, Taiwan, and Vietnam. You can take a table and hold a small tea ceremony right there, or just relax and enjoy your tea. Perfect location with a very nice style. Recommended for all tea lovers and those who want to become one.

I was greeted by an employee who offered me some tea, and we drank it together. Then, he sold me the tea I had selected. The Eastern atmosphere in the tea house is pleasant and restful. You can sit at tables with friends and enjoy some tea together.

When I placed an order on the website, I accidentally forgot to include the street name for the delivery address. The payment was processed, and my order was handed over to the UPS delivery service without anyone contacting me to confirm the correct address.

After receiving the tracking number by email, I checked the shipment status on the courier’s website, and it showed: “Incorrect delivery address.”

I then emailed Moychay to explain the situation. They replied and asked me to send them the correct street name so they could contact the courier to update the delivery address.

I placed the order on October 26, and so far, I haven’t received any updates about when my package will arrive.

This tea that I bought in your store is simply wonderful. I'm currently drinking Amsterdam pu-erh, it's magical after steeping it 10 times. It has entered the red tea stage and its aromatic floral aroma is delightful.

I placed my order expecting a month's wait, but ended up waiting barely over a week, and even then, the package was here the day before they told me!.
The teas, of which I ordered five, are all extremely well priced for the quality, and the descriptions on the website really help you understand the tea.
When I received my order, one of the teas was wrongly shipped, (they sent another tea by a very similar name, from the same collection and producer), and after letting them know, they offered a 50% refound on it, making sure I was satisfied.
This is what customer service is, and I will order again very soon.

I really liked the space they had for the workshop, cozy and relaxing. The instructor of the workshop was knowledgable and answered all our questions patiently. I learned a lot about the history of matcha, how to make it etc. Only point that I was a bit surprised about was that when I booked the workshop it said that we would be there for 2 hours and we would also make matcha cocktails but that did not happen and we only tried out making matcha lattes and not cocktails and it took 1 hour. That could have been managed better maybe for the rest very nice experience
