So motivating and a great class!

Frame Farringdon is considered the weakest link of the studios. The cheery front of house staff are GREAT and are a big part of why I've stayed. However the classes are really oversubscribed, and the more Frame takes on new members, the more I'm likely to leave. I don't see how their business model is sustainable unless they expand the physical space.
Some classes are so busy, it forces you to place your yoga mat right in the doorway (dangerous) and literally touching 2 other peoples'. It makes for an unpleasant exercise environment.
Also, I find the instructors hit and miss. Again, some are fantastic - they will talk you through the class, do a proper warm up, not have the music too loud and do a warm down. Most importantly, they'll watch and correct technique. But some of the instructors come across as bored dancers who are just fitting in a class for some extra cash. They won't explain the moves, are clearly parroting the same narrative, don't watch causing some people to get mild injuries, and occasionally promoting their personal side hustles.

I love Frame. I love the staff for the most part. I love the showers and the shampoo. I love the body conditioning classes.

It's just that it's losing what made it special from any other normal gym: there is not enough space, not enough consistency between instructors, and the timetable doesn't seem to evenly distribute the types of classes between days of the week. (Also it really needs an update to its website or app, helping you mark favourites or make notes.)

My experience in Frame is excellent. I love all the classes that I attend and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Im taking prenatal yoga and pilates classes and I'm planning to continue after the birth too.

For someone who has spent a lifetime in fear of group exercise this place has completely made me do a 180. The best instructors. The loveliest reception staff. The best fitness family to be a part of. Couldn’t recommend frame highly enough.

I'm a huge fan of frame. It's the first thing that has got me regularly exercising & enjoying it! Would highly recommend.

I wanted to say a massive thank you.

I’ve been coming religiously for a while now and always wanted to express how positively and massively your team and the classes have impacted me and my life.

Coming most mornings in the freezing cold and dark; seeing everyone’s smiling faces, hearing a “Hi Claire!” really makes me feel warm and helps set the tone for my day.

Last week I had a bad situation happen and I sunk into a bit of a dark place for a few days. Today was the first day back in to humanity and I can’t tell you how much better I feel from it - with a class at frame being the first thing I did.

The Hammersmith team have an ability to make people feel noticed and special (even if actually don’t know who they are! 🤣).

Thanks to the reception team there, and instructors: Yaz, Chloe and Molly in particular- the ones who see my sweaty face most days.

Love the classes and the instructors - very positive and motivating, but understanding that people might have different levels. There are a lot of different classes to choose from and they are all challenging and fun! However, I feel that the towels are not washed properly and showers have moths in Fitzrovia. Overall, it's a great gym that actually makes you want to go and push your limits.

Love the fact I can do pilates, yoga or fitness classes depending on how I'm feeling / what I need. I have mainly been to Hammersmith which is great. Instructors have all be really good and helpful and generally just a really friendly non-intimidating atmosphere.

I’ve always had a tricky relationship with my body and exercise and spent years doing boring, repetitive classes in big chain gyms. Since I joined Frame over a year ago, I’ve loved every class and found myself going for the community and the feeling, instead of forcing myself to exercise and have found myself fitter and stronger along the way. The instructors and staff are all so lovely, and the vibe makes it a great start to my day every morning! Compared to some other studios in London Frame is so inclusive and welcoming, and I don’t feel like I need to have a six pack and head to toe designer gear to have a work out.

I started going to Frame just over two years ago and at that point my relationship with exercise was linked with weight loss etc. but since then I’ve realised how much I enjoy it and much better it makes me feel. Exercising regularly at Frame has got me through some pretty rough times over the past few years and I love that the focus is on moving to make yourself feel better - never about losing weight. The instructors are always fab - as are the front of house team - and there is such a variety of different classes. I cannot recommend Frame highly enough.

Frame has truly changed my relationship with exercise. All the classes are fun, innovative, but super hard work that keeps you coming back for more! Becoming a member is the best thing I've done this year, I've tried exercises I never thought I would in a supportive and fun environment. Thanks Frame!

I absolutely love going to Frame. There's such a variety of classes to suit my mood and skill level, and I can easily go to 4 of the different studios so it suits my lifestyle well. The teachers are great at motivating you and keeping things different each class.

It is a little expensive but for me it's so worth it.

I honestly can’t imagine a better work out experience - everything about Frame is brilliant. From super friendly and helpful reception team to the great facilities, I always look forward to going. Most importantly, the instructors are all amazing - make you feel inspired but not pressured to work hard. I always have the best time and leave smiling.
