I had a last-minute move and needed to ship my car over 2,500 miles. Andrew from MoveX Auto Shipping was incredible throughout the entire process. He maintained constant communication, kept me updated at every step, and was very understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. I trusted him to get my car picked up and delivered safely and on time — and he absolutely delivered!

Would give zero stars if possible. My wife made a reservation to auto ship our car from CT to FL for $325 a month prior. Today, the pickup date , the time slot comes and goes , only with an alert that an owner is slow to pick up their car nearby. Then, two hours later, they don't have a driver. The last caller had an Indian accent. This is a SCAM!! AVOID!!

At first, i thought it was going to be a diff transaction bc of the price, my ignorance, the scheduling, etc. But they explained the proces thoroughly. They updated me and kept me aware. Finally, they found the trailer, it was a lil more, but not over budget or anything and i got my car in a timely manner. Thank you

terrible across the board.

let’s start off booking hard to get responses right away but not to bad, finally booked and signed a contract for 600ian to transport our car, days later they call about there being a strike that someone they knew about but didnt so now they’d need to double the price to 1200 to get someone we were cornered so we eventually agreed. they were supposed to pick up the car on the 24 of August they called after missing the deadline and pushed it back one day(not a great start)

one day later we went to meet to drop the car off guy gets in the car with grease and dirt all over our white steering wheel and seats on our 100 thousand dollar car pretty annoyed but we had cleaners with us. guy leaves supposed to arrive in Vegas in 4-5 days 5 days arrives and there behind so yet another day delayed then for two days not a peep!!!! couldn’t find the car or driver called all the numbers texted etc. had to finally threaten with the police to finally get an answer car was supposed to be delivered July 30-31 finally August 5th it’s been delivered, driver was rude as if him being a week late was our fault we’ll definitely be disputing the charges. To double our trip last minute then being a week late on delivery is unacceptable. Use anyone else!!!!

I had my car shipped from Florida to California and the experience with MoveX Auto Shipping was amazing. The pickup was right on time, the driver kept me updated, and the car arrived in perfect condition. I was nervous at first, but their professionalism gave me peace of mind. I was referred here from a friend who used the service to ship her car from CA to FL. The gentleman on the phone was super friendly, answered all my questions and gave me a quote immediately which I loved. They came directly to my house to get my car, and delivered it within 4 days to my new home in FL! Will use again.
