Sadly the harness I purchased was not suitable. However delivery, return and refund was very efficiently dealt with. I would be very happy to purchase items from this Company again.

Worried that it might fall off .. we will see used on a short walks so far and thankfully stayed on and still charged

Excellent product , delivery by Parcel Force with no notification which day being delivered so missed and returned to depot 23 miles away so we had to collect.

Very well made sturdy rucksack for carrying our young puppy when she gets tired. Very comfortable to wear with padded shoulder straps. Lots of handy compartments. A great product, would highly recommend.

Great little collar light which doesn’t look massive on our Patterdale Terrier. Really bright and help us see her in the pitch black.

Speedy delivery with a quality product that should last our puppy for a few years once he grows into it. The double action chocker dangles close to the ground at the moment!

Harness fits my dog perfectly, it’s well designed and you can tell it’s been made from quality materials. There’s ample padding on the harness to make it comfortable to wear. It’s also lighter than I expected which is great as my dog doesn’t like anything on him, he likes to be free as much as possible. 5* you won’t regret purchasing.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The two harnesses we bought for our rescue Chihuahuas are fantastic, (Ruffwear XXS). They fit so well compared to what we had. It’s a shame they don’t do a colour coordinated lead to go with them that is suitable for a small dog. I bought what was recommended which is a perfect lead for a very small dog, just the colour choices don’t go with the beautiful colour of the harnesses which is a shame. Maybe it’s something the manufacturer should think about if they sell such a small harness. If they bring out the leads in the colour of the harnesses that we bought could you please contact me so I can buy them.

Ordered a dog ramp for my arthritic labrador - came exactly as described light weight easy to use and with a non slip surface.
