Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.
Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.
We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, item seems like excellent quality but obviously until I use it on the dog in the weather it's designed for, I can't fully comment on the effectiveness. Good fit for our border collie though, the size charts were very helpful in deciding on the right size.

Very easy to order and excellent products, sadly at this moment in time the items were too big for my 16month old dog so I returned them and will wait til he has filled out a bit. I can therefore also say the returns process is also very easy.

I bought a rain jacket that cost over £40 and was hoping it was worth the money. My dog had it on twice and the outer layer ripped. I believe the material is of poor quality and would not buy nor recommend this retailer. So disappointed.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment. We do sell many hundreds of these lightweight rain coats each year with out issue and with many hundreds of satisfied customers.
Alas, in this instance the damage caused to your coat was something that was outside of warranty.

Great fit for our vizsla…
The coat is a great fit for our vizsla girl, who is notoriously hard to buy coats for due to her shape.
It looks to be well made and very warm although not tested in the wild yet.
I'm pleased that it comes in a packable pouch, which is a good size so it is easy to pack away, and useful for storing in our rucksack.
Reaching through the flap to access a harness connection might be fiddly, but seems do-able.

Quality product, very happy customer
My first purchase from Mountain Dog and it didn’t disappoint. The jacket fits my Labrador retriever perfectly after following the size guide. The quality is of a high standard , well worth the money. I received the order quickly. I will definitely be using Mountain dog in the future and recommending to friends and family.

These lights are great value for money and keep your pet well in sight even in bushy areas - bigger than they used to be and fit nicely on collars and harnesses / better than others I’ve tried and less expensive
