Another FAKE Product on FaceBook
I am a 77 year old woman & recorded Jillian Michael’s promo sales pitch on FB for Mounja Gummies& Lipo & purchased 6 Bottles; and the upgrade of 6 bottles of Lipo Boost Drops promoted by a man. Watch & listened to the 2 videos 4x & took notes. The box it wgen delivered in was damaged; however, when I opened the box nothing was broken and there was only the packing slip. I took the Mounja Gummy & recommended amount of the Zlipp Boost. I ended up after a few days being rushed by an ambulance to the ER where they sent the Mounja Gummy & Lipo Boost samples to their lap to see what was contained in both products that caused me to pass out. I take no prescribed medications, or OTC supplements. Have not been a patient in the hospital since 1971. I wanted to lose 20 lbs & she had Serena Williams as her celebrity success story. I have no health issues & gained 20 pounds. I was willing to try the Mounja Gummy; however, before I could complete the purchase it was paused suggesting to upgrade my purchase with Lipo Boost 6 Bottles to my purchase which ended up being a total: $506.63 that Cartpanda processed lightening fast. After the 2nd day of taking their products - I got sick. And was feeling unwell. I ate a balanced meal & drank warm water. No junk food & did not eat after 6:00 pm. 3rd day passed out .& rushed by ambulance to the ER. 2 Gastroenterologists were called in after they ran scans & lab tests were done. They examined me & did not have a heart attack, stroke, or brain aneurism. The doctors waited for the lab results & watched JM’s video & the man’s video promoting Lipo Boost. The lab results resulted in their finding the cause and were able to medically treat me and had me stay 2 days to be monitored. I did not want to use the products & sent an email to vitalhealthsupps.com asking them to send me the information to return all their products with an RMA. One of the Gastroenterologist’s had his Assistant pack the products in a strong box & tie area ribbon on the opened 1 bottle of Mounja Gummies & 1 opened bottle of Lipo Boost - the glass bottles were bubble wrapped and the Gummie had bubble stair between the bottles to keep them from bouncing around while in transit to return them. I sent 2 emails & attached photos of the products & the original packaging slip. No response from vitahealthsupps.com customer support. Fortunately, I screen shot everything & recorded the phone calls. JM in her video guaranteed a full refund, no questions asked. Then I received email from Aileen representing Cartpanda & she offered a 35% refund& I could keep the products. I was looking at the receipt & saw a phone number & called & spoke to Cathy/Kathy representing Cartpanda and explained things to her & she provided an RMA number & the address to send the products back. I repeated. Verbally what Kathy instructed. Call med the Gastroenterologist $ spoke to his assistant who was ready as the box was sealed. I gave her the info & then she picked me up & we went to the UPS and had them look at the products& she said it was packaged well & processed the label putting the RMA number on the receipt & says it would get to Aurora, CO by Monday, Tuesday at the latest & they would have to sign for it having been delivered. My cost was $31.55. I wanted a full credit back to my VISA as quickly as they processed my payment. The total Refund was to be the cost of Mounja Gummies & Lipo Boost products, plus the taxes totaling $496.68 as I excluded the $9.95 Ptiority Shipping with Insurance Protection. The FULL Refund back to my Visa would be $496.68. I told Aileen I had spoken to Kathy. Recorded he call & was sending back the products & wanted a FULL refund credited back to my VISA card upon receipt of the products. Thanked her for responding & appreciated Cathy/Kathy’s assistance in providing the RMA & address to send the box. I saw a phone number on the receipt & that his how I was.connected to Cathy/Kathy. I after talking to Cathy/Kathy replied to Aileen that was sending the products back with an RMA .& address provided by UPS. Then I received an email from Cartpands named Marvy. He acknowledged the RMA & offered a $250 refund & I replied through an email that I wanted a full refund not a partial & did not want the products that landed me in the ER & stay for 2 days being monitored. I received a notice from my email that Cartpanda rejected my reply to Marvy’s Email. I sent an EMail to Cartpanda asking why they rejected the reply to Marvy’s email from me. Have heard nothing yet. I saved all email messages, screen shots, recorded all calls & saved the 2 videos. I gave them the UPS tracking number. I learned that PureWellness, vitalhealthsupps.com & Cartpanda are all inter connected.
In hindsight - when one protester a product they guarantee will work & you do not have to diet or exercise and in 2 weeks can lose 15 lbs Serena Williams did - it was stupid to buy
