My onboarding experience was hands down the best conversation I have had about my finances thus far. Tracy was absolutely amazing! Not only was she super knowledgeable, but I have never left a conversation about my own debt feeling as confident as I did.
With my interaction with Tracy going so well, I was a little concerned about being passed to a new person. Though, just as Tracy said, my experience with Justin (I believe) was also top notch. He handled every question and concern with grace and patience, and I once again left the conversation feeling secure and confident.
I feel very positive about the possibility of me being out of debt and no longer drowning in interest for the first time in a while. Can't wait to see how fast I can accomplish the goal of being debt free with this team!
