Mototech Store Arvostelua 

Starting to think this is a scam. Supposedly the item has been waiting air transport for a week in Slovenia.
Another day & I will claim back via PayPal.

I am writing regarding my order for the BrakePulse Smart Brake Module, which I placed on July 4, 2026.

To date, I have never received my order. I have attempted to contact your company numerous times by email, but I have not received a single response. Additionally, the phone number listed for customer support does not appear to be working, making it impossible to speak with anyone.

At this point, I no longer wish to wait for this order. I am requesting a full refund immediately.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, unfortunately, reflects very poorly on your company's customer service.

This is Company is absolutely trustworthy, have good prices, if you mail them you will get a qiuck response. And they do a good job- and if you know in prior what needs to be done, they will give you an offer/estimated price and stick to the deal.
I had my Piaggo scooter in for full service and check, oil shift and all sorts of makeovers- and in the end I also payed much less than the the price estimated- they had also signed in prior as a set appointment

They where flexible about time, set me up according to my wish and did the job the same day even if I came hours late after the abonnement we made

First time I used Mototech that got much better prices and service than other mechanic workshops for mc/scooter that used before, and also a much better and cheaper offer than where my piaggo was Bought in the first place at Bryne

I am very pleased, can reccomend mototech over others and I will chooze mototech if I need a new service or any thing fixed in the future after such a good first experience
