Motor Range - Liverpool Arvostelua

No hard selling. After a rep introduces themselves and checks what you're looking for, they then direct you to those specific type of cars and leave you to browse in peac. They just advise you to go back to them if you find anything you're interested in.
You get a decent part ex offer too. When you collect the car, it has been thoroughly cleaned and checked. It's all extremely professional with excellent customer service and lovely staff. It's all completed as quickly as you'd like, if it's possible. I'm a returning customer and I'd say I'll go back over and over again.

Would like to commend the young lady I spoke to at the Liverpool branch. Her name was Sophie, and she was so friendly and professional, furnishing me with all the information and advice I required. Definitely an asset to your team!

Sophie was a lovely girl who had great knowledge we had a great chat on the phone she was so friendly I came and test drove a few cars then went for the Vauxhall corsa

Thought I would pop in to have a look around as I’m unsure if to change my car. A young woman came and spoke to me who was extremely helpful and pleasant. ( I’m sure her name was Remi). I didn’t feel pressured as some staff make you feel. I came away with a clear plane, this staff member was so helpful, made me feel very comfortable.

Spoke with Sophie on the phone. Her customer service was excellent! She was so helpful. Friendly, warm and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company when looking for a car.

Called up and spoke to Alan H who was friendly, professional and helpful. I was looking for support regarding cars for my daughter in law. Alan supported us to navigate their website to search for cars within the budget and see what they had available and arranged for us to come in.
Once we came on site, the sale rep Alex was beyond helpful, getting cars out for her to test drive.
Both Alan and Alex were excellent representatives for the company and we felt comfortable and happy throughout the experience and my daughter in law got a fantastic car.
Thank you.

Wow what a lovely bloke Alan on the phones is. He valued my car and organised the deal. I will see you next week at the Liverpool site. Make sure you have my coffee and cake ready.

From start to finish my experience with Remi ( hope I’ve spelt that right) was first class. Very professional and helpful. Minimum fuss and clearly understood my needs.
