I recently bought a BMW 520d. They gave me a good part-ex price for my E-Class. The customer service from Vicky and her team was excellent. My 520d was ready and waiting for collection as advised. It was freshly valeted with all the documentaion ready o drive awsy! Everything they said they would, they did! Its a refreshing change to write a 5 star review for a car dealer. I would 100% recommend Motormill.

After being absolutely dragged through the wringer with my previous car I decided it was time for something new!
Called after seeing a car on auto trader to ask about the car, couldn’t have been more helpful.
Ended up changing my mind when I got there to a better car, again nothing too much trouble. Took it for a test drive, fell head over heels. This was now my car! Hahah
The car was ready on time, was clean, tidy and the bits of work I’d asked to be done had been!
Cannot fault anyone I’ve dealt with there, laid back, friendly vibes. Honest and open as well which from a car dealer, isn’t always a given!

Recently July 2025, bought a 4x4 vehicle, the vehicle was serviced, apparently their was an issue with the brakes, vehicle was still under warranty!
I gave Motormill garage a call and explained the problem. Without any hassle and fuss picked up my vehicle from Leicester fixed the issue with the brakes and delivered the vehicle back to me in Leicester, not only did they deliver the vehicle back to me, honestly they also filled up the vehicle with full tank of diesel! The entire staff were absolutely amazing friendly and concerned about everything. Full marks to Motormill garage! No fuss no hassle, just piece of mind. I would most definitely recommend Motormill garage!
PS- I was also given a courtesy car while my car was getting repaired! 👍

I recently bought a used car and honestly, the process was way better than I expected. Jimmy the salesman was super friendly, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me at all. I found a car that was perfect for my budget and what I needed. I was shown the car's history, and it got a full check before I took it home. The paperwork was simple and fast, and I was driving my new (well, new to me!) car in no time.
