The right level of customer service
I was really impressed with the ease of the website to get an initial quote but even more impressed when I spoke to colleagues on the phone. On both occasions, they were very helpful, polite and not pushy. After an initial quote, I had some questions which were answered easily. The price of the insurance and breakdown cover combined is competitive and, unlike other companies that I subsequently received constant phone calls and emails in their pursuit of my business, Motorhome Protect seem to have got this balance right.

Wowzers amazing Staff from a Company that goes the extra mile.
Well, Dale (actually a human being) from Motorhome Protect was a very thorough professional, who went through everything with us, both being retired this has been a daunting yearly task, but he explained everything in layman terms, and delivered another excellent quote, covering all our European needs, which was one our main concerns, also a company that knows about motorhome's, rather than reading scrpt of a screen..
We were both so impressed with Dale, that we will be moving our insurance policies here as well, as it reminded me of how my insurance companies were many years ago. Knowledgeable staff on the end of a telephone, NOT in a foreign call centre...
