Cant fault the service or the attention to detail, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and Lewis couldn’t have done more for us. Cant wait to hire again!

The whole experience has been 1st class from booking, to pick up, to drop off and communication has been up there with the best.
The Motorhome itself was perfect for a family of 4 and a dog and was equipped to a high standard with everything that was needed.
I was told early about some changes and why they were needed in a friendly manner. The show around of the unit in the day by Lewis was great, very informative and again in a friendly manner. I was a little late with drop off and rang to say I would be late and even if had been a problem, it was made out to be ok. I also had a problem on the 1st day but after a quick reply, Lewis has pointed out the solution and I was good to go.
All in all, a great company to hire a Motorhome from. Hope to do so again in the near future

Its always pleasing to receive exemplary levels of customer service these days. Both Tony and Lewis went above and beyond the call of duty to make our trip an absolute pleasure. Nothing is too much for Motor Home Kings. Its the first time we have hired a motor home, but it wont be our last: we drove to the south of Spain and I am delighted to report the vehicle matched the customer service, 1ST CLASS, I wouldn't hesitate to use motor Home Kings going forward, we are already looking at our next holiday. Tony was brilliant! Really helpful and understanding. I had to unfortunately cancel due to lockdown restrictions but Tony couldn’t have been more polite and helpful, he dealt with everything really quickly and a full refund was received within less than 24 hours. I will definitely be booking again next year!

Unfortunately due to the UK going into a second lock down we were devastated to have to cancel our booking. Motor kings were fantastic about everything. They offered to move the trip however due to work commitments this was possible so the money was refunded in full within about 5 days.
The service from the first few questions (via chat service on their website) before booking to booking the trip was fantastic, fast and professional until the decision was made to cancel. We will most definitely be re-booking and can't wait to deal with Motorhome Kings again. We have already recommended them to friends and family.

The team at Motorhome Kings in the north east were fantastic. The motorhomes were modern with great spec and were spotless when we picked them up. The comprehensive handover ensured we could drive away in confidence. The handover back to the team was also excellent. Highly recommended

The guys at Motorhome kings couldn’t have been more helpful and professional if they tried. Unfortunately due to the current circumstances with England going in to a national lockdown, I wasn’t able to rent my beautiful Motorhome with my partner and Travel the Scottish highlands. The team at Motorhome kings refunded my full payment within 2 days of cancellation and assured me that they would be happy to take my business again in the coming months. Will definitely be using their services when available and couldn’t ask for better service!

The pick up and drop off were excellent- prompt, personal service and COVID-19 secure.
The van was perfect for our needs, the large garage especially good for ebikes.

Very helpful staff. Really good quality and well looked after motorhome with everything that we needed. Excellent WiFi which got a signal where our mobile phones couldn’t. The heating worked well and kept us warm.

Excellent service from start to finish. One small issue, however, it was handled and rectified professionally. Will definitely use Motorhome Kings again in the near future.

Had a great friendly experience when renting our motor home for the half term holidays.

We had a slight issue with the heater on our 3rd night. At 8:30pm I expected to call the office to leave a message and get a response in the morning to rectify the problem for the following night. 5mins after leaving the message I received a call and all was fixed within 20mins. Excellent friendly service.

Hired the Dethleffs Trend DBM for strip up to Scotland, for a short break as we considering doing the NC500 next year
The mobile home was spotlessly clean when we collected it, the staff were very helpful & friendly explaining all we needed to know as first time for us.
It’s not a really a criticism but we thought the idea of a bed fully set up at the back would be ideal and hassle free but the island style bed not suited for 2 adults so we used that the first night then opted for pull down bed, which to be honest was no hassle whatsoever as electric so much better nights sleep.
Will definitely be back next summer when we do NC500 and have recommended these to my sister & husband who will be doing it with us .

First time in a Motorhome would definitely do it again and I would highly recommend the company to my friends. Had everything we needed and the staff were excellent.

We were delighted with every aspect of this experience. At the point of booking with Rob, through to the day of picking up the van we’ve had any queries dealt with swiftly. On the day of collection we were inducted to the use of the motorhome by Lewis who took care to ensure we understood how to manage the specific aspects such as the loo/ water/ onboard systems including the online tablet and Wi-fi. We spent a great 10days touring in comfort and confidence in the MH which was only a couple of months old.
At drop off today, we were seen by Lewis who was genuinely interested in our experience.
Excellent from start to finish so we recommend this company without reservation and we will be using them again.
