just want to say big thanks to Andy. From start to finish customer service has been superb. Got the replacement car next day and to a high spec . Got paid out after about 3 weeks of start of claim and hire car for a further week to give us time to get a new one. I didn't bother chasing up as I was kept updated every week with what is happening with the claim. Hardly any paperwork. Been a very good experience. Thanks Andy.

Motor Claims Line made everything easy for me! Andy was on the end of the phone answering all my questions! At a time when a car crash throws your world upside down, it was so good of Andy to help me sort my claim out! It went very smoothly & very quickly! Really happy with the service!

Called the company because I have not got anywhere with my claim for damage to my vehicle . Was told I had a wrong number very rudely and it was not something they could deal with as the accident was last year . Guy was very rude in his manner so think about it before you call . Also I have proof by way of dashcam footage etc .

First time in 60 years of motoring I had to make a claim. Not knowing what to do I thought I'd give Motor Claims Line a try. Best decision I made. A courtesy car was sorted out and my car picked up the day I reported it. The assessor wrote the car off and the payment was in my account within 2 weeks. I also can keep the courtesy car for 7 days after I got the money. Faultless service.

Was involved in a motorcycle accident with a private taxi who did a hit and run after the accident. All footage was recorded. I approach MotorClaimsOnline who claim they can help all claims including motorcycle claims. Been riding for 21 years with zero claims against me. Having submitted all my video evidence they refused to help and even had to audacity to say they will not help me as I was at fault. Yet they advertise on their website they deal with both non-fault and at fault drivers.

I was also prepared to send police evidence from traffic collision supporting my theory that I was not at fault, and ignored all my messages.

According to their feedback they claim I was at fault, yet I have evidence saying otherwise. Today, I just received confirmation from my insurer that I was 100% not at fault and will be paid out in full for the repairs. I have also spoken to Met Police who also confirmed the company never approached them to verify the evidence. A decent insurance company would a good understanding of the highway code to determine fault. Sadly, MotorClaimsLine is not one of them as physical evidence says otherwise.

I have read some of the reviews in more detail. Lots of things just don't add up which leads me to believe the company is a solicitor company disguised as a motor claims company. Their real company called CC Response NW Ltd is also disguised as number of other companies touting for business.

Looking at the reviews it would appear this is more of an opportunistic company who will only go with winnable claims. However, having further examined their page most of the reviews appear to have been written by new account holders with only 1-2 reviews under their name, which leads me to think they were written by fake inactive account holders.

First time I have contacted Motor Claims for my claim.The whole team were very helpful and professional. They have settled my claim very quickly. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

My car was hit by the local recycling truck, after 5 weeks of trying to get hold of their insurance company with no luck, I checked on line and found motor claims line, made the call and spoke with Natasha, my problem was handled quickly and efficiently, I’m not sure where I would have been without Natasha and the team there, they were superb from beginning to end, highly recommend them.

My claim CC/19248 was dealt with fast and effectively. Since the day of my accident I have been in a courtesy car even before my car got taken in and I have experience being totally comfortable at all times.
