Motor Claims Line  Arvostelua 

On Friday 10th of January as a 73 year old I had my first ever road accident, on a narrow lane in the snow my stationary car was struck by a tractor and trailer as it attempted to pass me, I was mortified. The tractor driver was mortified too and gave me his employer contact details and they in turn gave me their insurance details. The very next day I was contacted by Enterprise Car Hire, told to bring my car to them, I was given a hire car until my car was repaired. I can't thank everyone who was involved enough, they turned a disaster for me into a very smooth and pain free experience. A huge thank you to everyone involved, just goes to show there are some very nice people in this world.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Motor Claims Line following a non-fault accident. Their communication was consistently poor, with delayed responses and ignored emails. They made errors in valuation, which they quickly corrected, but this only highlighted their lack of attention to detail in other areas.

The company seemed more focused on minimizing payouts than advocating for me as their client. They dismissed comparable vehicle examples I provided without proper consideration, and failed to provide the full engineer's report despite multiple requests.

Their handling of the claim lacked transparency and left me without crucial information about next steps. I even had to report my vehicle as stolen due to their failure to provide closure on the process.

To make matters worse, I incurred additional costs with my insurance company because Motor Claims Line didn't guide me properly through the process.

While they claim to operate within regulatory guidelines, their service falls far short of what a customer should expect.

I deeply regret choosing Motor Claims Line for my claim and would not recommend their services to anyone seeking fair and efficient handling of a motor claim.

Super simple and straightforward to use motor claim. Kept me up to date with their progress and took as much stress out of the situation as possible.

Amazing service, ignore any bad reviews! I contacted motor claims after being rear ended and was offered a terrible deal from the third party's insurance. Andy was incredibly helpful throughout and the whole process was smooth and streamlined. I was much better of going through motor claims and would recommend them to anyone.

Non fault accident 18 mths ago. Put in a like for like hire car for approx 2 or 3 months, now other insurance company refuse to pay the hire car charge of which is a rip off , you could of bought the car outright with what they want to charge , now my daughter has been told to keep a court date free in April 2025 . And to help recover the costs of the hire vehicle as its all in my daughters name , emails from their solicitor who I have now emailed the legal ombudsman. NEVER AGAIN WILL USE THIS COMPANY. Dave

Andy & Chris were professionals from start to finish. They handled my case in a timely manner and ensured I received the best price for my car which was written off in a rear end collision. Although the 3rd party were slow in responding they kept me updated with the progress.

Andy was brilliant from start to finish . Insurance wasn’t bothered when I asked them to help me these guys were straight on it in no time . Just took a while due to the other persons insurance so need to be patient.

I had a great and hassle-free experience! I had a rear-end crash at a third party's fault. I was annoyed because I didn't want to loose my no-claim bonus and this company was the first thing coming up after a quick Google search. I was a bit sceptical at first and probably many people reading these reviews are feeling the same. "Too good to be true" came to my mind many times. Now the whole process is finished, I really had a hassle-free experience, only had to call them and give the details, etc. They took care of everything, I got a hire car for the duration of the whole process without paying a penny, and got a nice payment compensation for my car which was written off. If you're considering contacting them, I'd say go for it!

Perfect-good communication a company that you can trust quick and reliable

Both Chris and Andy at Claimsline were very helpful throughout what turned into a very difficult claim.

They sorted out retrieval and storage of our car, independent valuation and replacement hire car really quickly and super efficiently; a huge relief!

Through no fault of theirs, it proved nearly impossible to get an answer by phone or email from the third party insurer! The reason we went to Claimsline for help in the first place.

However, once we finally managed to establish a line of communication with the third party insurance company, Chris and Andy sorted out the damage payment (the car was a write off) speedily and without problems.
