He guided me at every step from filling the PPP and EIDL applications to the final approval and till the money was deposited in to our account. He followed up with SBA at every stage and guided us to submit all the required docs at the right time. He made the process so easy that we never had to strain ourselves to get the approval. I worked with Alex Jordan at PMF for several months. I have never seen someone so determined and tenacious to help me get a government loan, which was first denied, and then he worked hard for months to get it reconsidered and finally approved. I would have given up a long time ago. Meanwhile, he also helped me with conventional business loans. Great Customer Service. They helped us get our PPP when it was a very busy process. We had another company lined up to do it, but they would not answer calls or e-mails, so we switched over and worked with Sam and Oren, They answered every call and e-mail and kept us very up to date.
