Motor Decals Arvostelua

DO NOT ORDER from this company. The website is not intuitive and they will not verify your order before they send it. They sent me the wrong sticker with the wrong coloring so make sure you send multiple pictures as they will not admit to any fault. I spent $65 on one sticker that is useless. Their return policy is non existent as well. I asked to order the correct sticker at cost to fix the mistake, but they wouldn't budge or do anything to make the situation correct. They kept telling me it was all my fault and everything was made to order per my specs, which is a blatent LIE!!! They lied again in their reply. Why would I order the wrong color? I didn't even want that sticker. I told you before I placed my order that I only wanted the tank stickers and that I thought I ordered a full set, you fullfilled my order anyway knowing it was wrong just so you could charge extra. Your customer service is horrible...your business is worse.

Didn't use the sticker yet but it looks spot on.
Shape and size are ok and the colour is exactly the same.
Quick delivery. Well packed. Tracking available.

Great approach from Motor Decals, especially from Miss Karolina, whose communication was super helpful. After the first order arrived, the sticker didn't fit because of the size (the original was bigger), but I received another one in the correct size, free of charge. Good job! :-)

Ordered decal set for Kawasaki ZX12R my 2000 (green). From start to end awesome custom care and very quick response. Package arrived in time, very well wrapped. About stickers.....couln't get any better in anywhere! Best quality, just awesome! Highly recommended!

I was looking for a set of 1996 CB500 decals Motor-Stickers came up in a google search. The website was very easy to navigate and quickly found the exact decals i was searching for. The order was dealt with quickly and i was kept informed when there was a slight delay. The Delivery time (time in Transit) was rather longer than i expected but this is purely down to UPS and not Motor-Stickers.
the quality of the Decals is brilliant. They are as OEM specification. I assume that they scan an original picture and reproduce them on demand rather than holding stock. I would absolutely use motor-stickers again with confidence.

Stickers Kawasaki zx7r 1996-2003
Merci encore

Motor Decals were great to deal with. They made a version of a sticker kit to suit my needs and the result was better than expected. No problem dealing with me even as far away as Australia! Many thanks, I'll be back!!
