Autobuy / Motoflex – Scam Warning

Avoid Autobuy/Motoflex at all costs. They placed my car under a PPSR without any signed agreement. Do not sign anything and do not proceed with them.

I dealt with Joshua, who repeatedly promised to remove the PPSR and then ignored my calls. I was given ridiculous excuses instead of action.

They also added hidden conditions to the contract that were never agreed to, clearly hoping I wouldn’t notice.

I will be reporting this company to protect others.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

These people are the biggest scammers.

They refuse to make payment for the car they purchased from me and it is sitting in my garage waiting for them to make payment and take the car.

Absolutely disgusting people to deal with. Honestly do not waste your time just do a private sale to save yourself the stress.

Autobuy I’ve being waiting 4 weeks for payment for the sale of my car I recently went to pay for a green slip on my car and pay my rego only to be told the car is no longer registered to me on further investigation with the police they confirmed someone AKA
Autobuy and or motoflex had illegally transferred my registration to a car dealer in Wollongong these people are cowboys they tell you constant lies about payments then won’t answer calls or emails do yourself a favour and avoid them massively they are massive time wasters !!

Avoid at all costs, 4weeks to get paid after constant follow up, they paid the wrong bank account.. they will not answer calls or emails.. 4 weeks after been paid the car still hasn’t been picked up, which is great for us lol free car… but Absolutely useless can’t imagine them been any better to buy a car from and certainly wont be finding out !!!

They say it’s a quick and easy option to sell your car and they have the funds to purchase it quickly. My experience is poor, took almost four weeks from accepting their quote to get paid and that took me an extensive amount of chasing them. Now it is almost two weeks after they paid for the car and it still hasn't been picked up. Avoid at all costs, very poor customer experience.
