Moto Central India Arvostelua 

I had bought the Rynox riding pants after measuring the waist size, but the pant turned out to be a bit tight with all the padding and I couldn't even fit in with the thermal layer. Asked for an exchange for a size higher. But this was rejected upon finding that I removed the tags. The TAGS (which are not tampered with) which can be easily put back using the same pin hand plastic tag fasteners which I cut to take off the tags. I don't know what to do with the one I have.. Hope to find a buyer in OLX.

I give five stars for delivery and customer interaction. Although I made the purchase through a single point of contact, the representative's behavior gave me the confidence to purchase again.

I had ordered a Bikeratti Jeans with Kevlar D30 armour. The package arrived in time, however, the size was not fitting, I ordered a replacement and got the replacement with the correct size within 4 days time. I am pretty satisfied with the service. A suggestion is to follow the return model as adopted by Amazon for a better exchange experience.

Only issue was with Delhivery. Was not happy with the courier. Tok much delay and they lost the package twice before shipping to the correct destination.

The item was an OK piece; not the quality you expect from Alpinestars. However the delivery channel adopted by the sellers was horrendously slow. They kept the item in their warehouse for 3 days despite arriving in my city earlier & I had to go fetch it myself. Luckily, the warehouse was near my address. Upon enquiry for the delay in delivery, the courier guys said most of their guys were on leave. The seller should try changing delivery partners if possible.

The order for a helmet was dispatched in a day, impressive packaging. Can't say much about customer service since haven't faced any issues.

It’s costed me close to 1000 INR including deductions and return courier charges, just to try at home a product which didn’t fit me and had to return. That I believe is a huge loss. I can never dare to try and buy at home.

Great buying experience. A well designed/sorted website is what lagging in more than 95% of automotive websites. There is no proper filter options available. That's where motocentral aces with its properly structured website. Kudos.

The only improvement I would suggest is The priority shipping lead times can be improved/sorted.
