Motedis Italiano Arvostelua

I ordered aluminium profiles from MoteDis and the order was shipped on December 3rd from Spain.
As of mid-December, the shipment has still not been delivered.

The GLS tracking repeatedly showed “out for delivery”, then reverted back to “not arrived at delivery depot”. GLS themselves confirmed by email that the parcel never reached the local depot and is still stuck in transit.

I contacted MoteDis multiple times. The only response I received was a generic message blaming Christmas delays, without offering any concrete solution, delivery date, or intervention with the carrier.

I understand seasonal delays, but a shipment stuck for weeks with no real tracking progress and no support is unacceptable, especially considering the high shipping costs.

At this point I had to open a PayPal dispute due to item not received.

Good products on paper, but very poor logistics handling and customer support when problems arise.

Ottima ditta fornitura celere e precisa Ottimo Lavoro

I ordered several customised components that were manufactured and shipped in less than 24 hours after placing the order (even though processing was expected to take 3-4 days). The shipment arrived on the scheduled day. A very positive experience.

Everything was perfect. The aluminium parts were made to the exact dimensions, shipped on time, and very well packaged. A flawless service.
Looking forward to ordering again.

Tutto come nella descrizione , spedizione veloce e prezzi convenienti.

Affidabili e veloci. Ho fatto molti ordini presso motedis e lo consiglio a tutti.

I've purchased various materials from Motedis, virtually impossible to find at any hardware store, which I used to build my racing simulator. To date, every order has arrived on time, in perfect condition, precisely cut to size, and perfectly compliant with my specifications. I also placed my order online through their portal, which allows you to conveniently request items tailored to your specific project. I recommend this seller to anyone looking to fully customize their project, but also to anyone who simply doesn't want to go to the hardware store.

Very good quality material, shipping fast

Five stars! From start to finish, the service was great. Customer support was helpful, and our delivery was right on time. Best of all, the goods were perfect and came exactly to spec based on the measurements we submitted online. Definitely a trustworthy company I'd use again!

Consigliatissimo! Ci avvaleremo sicuramente ancora di Motedis!

I wanted to upgrade to a simracing rig, but I didn't want to change it or spend a fortune! I searched and found this site! Great prices, top quality, and maximum customization. TOP!!!!

Fast shipping, open to changes, recommended.

High-quality products, as well as fast processing and shipping times.

Profilati in alluminio ben tagliati e senza evidenti difetti.

Molto bene

The package was too light and broke during transport.
The courier closed the package with his tape but, after checking, some nuts were missing inside.
We recommend using more robust boxes for shipping.

I have already purchased three profiles that I need for a project that I have put into production.
The profiles chosen were cut to exact size and three threads were made on each one for each head.
The workmanship was precise and clean, competitive prices, considering that I buy from Italy I must say that the delivery was also fast.
Positive experience, I will continue to buy from Motedis as well
for future projects.
