The product was so amazing, very calm on the skin and very active when it comes to fading dark spot and keeping your face glowing and moisturise all day.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. We completely understand how disappointing this must be.

Your order placed on Sunday, 2nd November was dispatched promptly on Monday, 3rd November, and the tracking details were shared with you. It appears the delay is due to a Royal Mail service issue in your delivery area, which is unfortunately outside of our direct control.

That said, this is not the level of service we aim to provide at MOSANNE. We genuinely wish you had reached out sooner so we could have investigated this for you right away. Please rest assured, if your parcel hasn’t arrived by today, a replacement order will be sent immediately to ensure you receive your items.

It was amazing experience shopping with you......I had issues with my delivery company and the kept on reaching out to me and even went ahead to deliver new order using another delivery company without asking for new payment.....that was topnotch customer service
