I joined this program back in summer 2024 as I felt I was spending a lot of time shouting and there was lots of conflict in the home. Morwenna's program is so well structured, it does the hard work for you. She is so understanding of the limits of a busy mum. Her psychology background gives her such a deep skill to interpret why some of the difficulties exist in your individual home. I have read lots of parenting books but I find it so helpful to have this valuable resource to discuss personal situations with her.

Morwenna is a brilliant Parent Coach. Before joining her programme, I often felt overwhelmed, especially when it came to communicating with my children in a way that nurtured trust and connection.

I have been working with Morwenna over a number of months now and I can genuinely say her support has been invaluable. I think Morwenna is a wonderful teacher; she understands, and her empathy and her style of parenting I so admire. She explains the science behind it all, as well as understanding how to deal with or communicate with your children. I’ve learnt so much, it’s going to stay with me forever.

Genuine and positive, Morwenna understands the balance of day to day life with young children. She really helped me with identifying ways to carve out time for myself again, look at things in my life from my new(er) perspective of being a mum and tips and tricks to navigate it, whilst including ways to make parenting more fun for me and my kids. Some of it has stuck, some of it hasn't, but I certainly feel more equipped.

I really enjoyed doing the Optimama course. It really helped me see the areas of parenting I struggled with and needed to improve on. Morwenna was so intuitive and supportive. I would very much recommend working with her.
